Common use of Joint Labour Management Meetings Clause in Contracts

Joint Labour Management Meetings. The Employer and the Union agree to hold Joint Labour Management (JLM) Meetings to discuss any items that are a concern to either party arising out of the operation of the Gas Bar facilities covered by the Collective Agreement. The purpose of these meetings is to promote a harmonious relationship between the management and employees. The parties will determine the frequency of the JLMs.

The parties will determine meeting, along with the frequency of the JLMsStore Manager.
