Joint Cooperation; Access for Planning and Development. During the planning, design, development and construction of the Public Improvements, the parties agree to cooperate and coordinate with each other, and to assign appropriate, qualified personnel to this Project. The City staff will make reasonable efforts to accommodate urgent or emergency requests during construction. In order to facilitate a timely review process, the Developer shall cause the architect, engineer, and other design professionals to attend City meetings if requested by the City.

Joint Cooperation; Access for Planning and Development. The parties agree to cooperate and coordinate with each other, and to assign appropriate, qualified personnel to this Project. [“Proposer/ Operator”] shall have and City does grant to [“Proposer/ Operator”] reasonable access to Park to facilitate planning and the preparation of plans and specification for the intended construction of the Baseball Facility. Upon reasonable advanced notice to City, [“Proposer/ Operator”] may perform such nondestructive testing and sampling at Park as it deems advisable. Such activity shall be scheduled and conducted in such a way as to avoid disruption of events at Park. City will allow [“Proposer/ Operator”] and its consultants reasonable access to City’s records related to the Park’s prior construction and renovation (if any), during normal business hours, upon advance notice and scheduling with City’s designated personnel. On the same basis, [“Proposer/ Operator”] will allow City’s assigned personnel reasonable access to all the documents and information developed by [“Proposer/ Operator”], its consultants and contractors, related to [“Proposer/ Operator”]’ obligation under this Agreement with respect to the Baseball Facility.
