Review of Construction Documents. If requested by the Owner the Construction Documents shall be submitted by the Design Professional to a designated third-party reviewer for review of constructability and or completeness.
Review of Construction Documents. Contractor has performed a complete and diligent review of all plans, specifications, addenda, bulletins or other documents provided as the Construction Documents or otherwise mentioned in the Construction Documents. The Contractor has written and submitted RFIs to address potential design issues prior to the GMP development to obtain a comprehensive GMP that addresses design and constructability issues.
Review of Construction Documents. “Construction Documents” refer to the construction documents level of detail for a specific Improvement and, unless otherwise Approved by the Agency Director, shall include the documents and materials described for Construction Documents in Exhibit E-A. District will review the documents and provide any comments in writing to ENGIE Services U.S. within ten (10) Business Days after receipt of the documents. ENGIE Services U.S. will incorporate appropriate District comments into the applicable drawings and specifications. ENGIE Services U.S. reserves the right to issue the drawings and specifications in phases to allow Construction to be performed in phases. If District fails to provide written comments within the ten (10) Business Day period, District will be deemed to have no comments regarding the documents.

ConFire will review the documents and provide any comments in writing to OpTerra Energy Services within fifteen (15) Business Days after receipt of the documents. OpTerra Energy Services will incorporate appropriate ConFire comments into the applicable drawings and specifications. OpTerra Energy Services reserves the right to issue the drawings and specifications in phases to allow Construction to be performed in phases. If ConFire fails to provide written comments within the fifteen (15) Business Day period, ConFire will be deemed to have no comments regarding the documents.

The Authority shall review the Construction Documents to determine whether they comply with the Authority’s Project Program attached hereto. The Authority's review shall not relieve the Design Builder or Design Builder’s Architect from its responsibilities under this Contract.

Manhattan Beach USD will review the documents and provide any comments in writing to Chevron Energy Solutions within ten (10) Business Days after receipt of the documents. Chevron Energy Solutions will incorporate appropriate Manhattan Beach USD comments into the applicable drawings and specifications. Chevron Energy Solutions reserves the right to issue the drawings and specifications in phases to allow Construction to be performed in phases. If Manhattan Beach USD fails to provide written comments within the ten (10) Business Day period, Manhattan Beach USD will be deemed to have no comments regarding the documents.

Customer shall review the documents and provide any comments in writing to OpTerra ES within ten (10) business days after receipt of documents. OpTerra ES will incorporate appropriate Customer comments into the final designs, drawings, and specifications, as applicable. The terms and conditions of any permit approvals required for the Project will be provided. OpTerra ES reserves the right to issue the designs, drawings, and specifications in phases to allow the construction to be performed in phases. If Customer fails to provide written comments within the ten (10) business day period, Customer shall be deemed to have accepted and approved the documents.
