Plans and Specification definition

Plans and Specification means the final set of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, grading, sewer, water, street and utility plans and specifications for the Project, including all supplemental, amendments and modifications.
Plans and Specification means the detailed plans and specifications ----------------------- for the Project prepared by the architect for the Project and approved by the Bank.

More Definitions of Plans and Specification

Plans and Specification means with respect to the Building the final plans ----------------------- and specifications for such Building prepared by the Architect, and referred to by the Appraiser in the Appraisal, as such Plans and Specifications may be hereafter amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
