Interview and Counseling. In each step where an employee is issued a written warning, it shall be documented on a form and given to the employee with his/her Union officer present. The employee will be counseled and asked to sign the form and the Union officer will sign the form. If an employee cannot be contacted or refuses counseling, the union will be contacted and will sign for the form and a copy of said form will be given to the employee as well as the Union.
