INSTRUCTIONAL STAFF MILITARY LEAVE File. GBGI Staff Military Leave An employee who is a member of a reserve or national guard unit or any other branch of the military organized under state or federal law shall be granted military leave with a right of reinstatement in accordance with state and federal law. The employee shall receive full salary and benefits during such leave up to a maximum of 15 days annually. The leave year has been established by the district as the school year. All remaining leave to fulfill the annual military obligation shall be unpaid leave. An employee who is required by the state or federal government to continue military service beyond the time for which leave with pay is required, shall be granted a leave of absence without pay for all such additional service. Emergency military leave Military leave of absence without pay shall be granted to any employee who enlists for military duty with any branch of the United States armed forces or who is called into active military service in time of war or other emergency declared by the proper authority of the state or United States. The employee shall be considered on a leave of absence during military service.

INSTRUCTIONAL STAFF MILITARY LEAVE File. GCCAD An employee who as a member of a reserve or national guard unit or any other branch of the military organized under state or federal law who is required to take annual active duty during the school year shall be granted military leave with a right of reinstatement in accordance with state and federal law. The employee shall receive full salary and benefits during such leave up to a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days annually. All remaining leave to fulfill the annual military obligation shall be unpaid leave. An employee taking leave under this policy shall forward a copy of his/her military orders to the superintendent or designee. Military leave of absence without pay shall be granted to any regular, full-time employee who enlists for military duty with any branch of the United States Armed Forces or who is called into active military service in time of war or other emergency declared by the proper authority of the state or United States. The employee shall be considered on a leave of absence during military service. Upon completion of military service, the employee shall be reinstated in the same or a similar position of like seniority, status and pay if such is available at the same salary and benefits which he/she would have received if they had not taken leave, subject to the following conditions:

  • Supplemental JBoss Software Conditions Software Access and Software Maintenance for Supplemental JBoss Software is intended and available for Development Purposes only and for up to 25 users for each 16 Core Band Subscription of Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software that you purchased. If you deploy or use the Supplemental JBoss Software for Production Purposes or for more than 25 users, you agree to purchase the appropriate Software Subscriptions for each Unit that you deploy or use. Red Hat’s Open Source Assurance Program applies only to the Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software Subscription that you purchased (such as Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform in the example above) and does not apply to Supplemental JBoss Software. JBoss xPaaS Subscriptions (defined below) are not considered Supplemental JBoss Software. Each installation and use of JBoss xPaaS Subscriptions Software for either Development Purposes or Production Purposes is a Unit and requires a paid Software Subscription.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Contractor hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace. The Contractor will give written notice to the State within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Contractor, or an employee of the Contractor in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace. False certification or violation of this certification may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, suspension of contract payments, termination of this Contract and/or debarment of contracting opportunities with the State for up to three (3) years. In addition to the provisions of the above paragraph, if the total amount set forth in this Contract is in excess of $25,000.00, the Contractor certifies and agrees that it will provide a drug-free workplace by:

  • Sick Leave Reporting and Verification Employees must promptly notify their supervisor on their first day of sick leave and each day after, unless there is mutual agreement to do otherwise. If an employee is in a position where a relief replacement is necessary if they are absent, they will notify their supervisor at least two (2) hours prior to their scheduled time to report to work (excluding leave taken in accordance with the Domestic Violence Act). Unless otherwise precluded by law, the Employer has reason to suspect abuse, the Employer may require a written medical certificate for any sick leave absence. An employee returning to work after any sick leave absence may be required to provide written certification from their health care provider that the employee is able to return to work and perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • SICK LEAVE / Medical Certificates and Reporting 10.1 Sick leave with pay shall be granted to a teacher on account of injury to or the illness or disability of the teacher, or for the purpose of obtaining necessary medical or dental treatment.

  • CERTIFICATION REGARDING DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS The undersigned (authorized official signing for the contracting organization) certifies that the contractor will, or will continue to, provide a drug-free workplace in accordance with 45 CFR Part 76 by:

  • Employee File 27.01 Upon request to their immediate supervisor, employees are entitled to read, review and be provided with one (1) copy of any document in their human resources file at a mutually agreed time. The Senior Union Official, or designate, with the written authority of the employee, shall be entitled to review the employee's human resource file in the workplace, in order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance. The employee or the Senior Union Official, as the case may be, shall give the Employer seven (7) days' notice prior to examining the file. Employees shall have the right to rebut in writing any document, including but not limited to disciplinary notices and evaluations, in their human resources file.   • Drug-Free Workplace Policy Consultant shall provide a drug-free workplace by complying with all provisions set forth in City’s Council Policy 100-5, attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and incorporated herein by reference. Consultant’s failure to conform to the requirements set forth in Council Policy 100-5 shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and shall be cause for immediate termination of this Agreement by City.
