Initial Leased Premises Sample Clauses

The "Initial Leased Premises" clause defines the specific area or portion of a property that the tenant is entitled to occupy at the start of the lease term. This clause typically details the exact location, size, and boundaries of the leased space, often referencing floor plans or suite numbers to avoid ambiguity. By clearly identifying the initial premises, the clause ensures both parties understand the scope of the tenant's rights and obligations from the outset, thereby preventing disputes over space usage and establishing a clear baseline for any future changes or expansions.
