PREMISES LEASED. A. LESSOR agrees to lease to LESSEE the premises known as 0000 Xxxx Xxxx, # Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, which premises have been designated as Certified Housing by Xxxxxxxx University.

PREMISES LEASED. A. LESSOR agrees to lease to LESSEE the premises known as Normal, XxXxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000.
PREMISES LEASED. For and in consideration of the rents, terms, covenants, and conditions herein contained, Lessor hereby leases and rents to Lessee, and Lessee hereby leases and takes from Lessor, for the specific lease term, for a social event, that portion of the certain real property located at 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, situated in the City of Houston, County of Xxxxxx, State of Texas, wherein Lessee shall not permit or undertake unlawful activity.
PREMISES LEASED. The LESSOR does hereby lease to LESSEE the following described premises at said airport, with respect to which XXXXXX is to have for the term of this Lease the exclusive use of said described premises as follows: (See Exhibit "A" attached for location of specific leased premises). Hangar Building L 000-X, 1,386 sq. ft. of aircraft storage building space.
PREMISES LEASED. Landlord leases to Tenant, and Tenant leases from Landlord the real property described on Exhibit A (the "LAND"), together with all of Landlord's rights, interests, estates, and appurtenances thereto, all improvements thereon, and all other rights, titles, interests, and estates, if any, of the Landlord in adjacent streets and roads.
PREMISES LEASED. This Agreement shall be effective and shall give Lessee a leasehold interest in only the parts of the Xxxxx Liner Center marked on Exhibit A. If the entire premises are not leased, Lessee agrees not to enter any other parts of the Xxxxx Liner Center not marked on Exhibit A. Lessee also agrees to prohibit entry by participants in Lessee’s event into those parts of the Xxxxx Liner Center not marked on Exhibit A.
PREMISES LEASED. As Is". THE PREMISES, INCLUDING IMPROVEMENTS, ARE DEMISED AND LEASED TO LESSEE "AS IS" AND IN THEIR PRESENT CONDITION WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY BY LESSOR AS TO THEIR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS (AS DEFINED IN SECTION 6.04) NOW OR HEREAFTER IN EFFECT OR AS TO THEIR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ANY CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENTS (AS DEFINED IN SECTION 2.07). LESSEE HAS INSPECTED, IS FULLY FAMILIAR WITH AND HEREBY ACCEPTS THE PREMISES AND HAS FOUND THE SAME TO BE SATISFACTORY TO IT FOR ALL PURPOSES RELATING TO THIS LEASE. LESSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO LESSEE IN RESPECT OF OR ARISING OUT OF THE EXISTING STATE OF TITLE TO THE PREMISES OR OF THE EXISTING CONDITION, STAGE OF COMPLETION OR QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS. LESSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PREMISES OR OF ANY FIXTURES OR OTHER ITEMS CONSTITUTING ANY PORTION THEREOF, OR THE LOCATION, USE, DESCRIPTION, DESIGN, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR USE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CONDITION OR DURABILITY THEREOF, OR AS TO THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP THEREIN, OR WITH RESPECT TO LESSOR'S TITLE THERETO OR OWNERSHIP THEREOF, AND ALL RISKS INCIDENT THERETO SHALL BE BORNE BY LESSEE.
PREMISES LEASED. The Landlord, in consideration of the rent to be paid, and covenants and agreements to be performed by the Tenant do/does hereby lease the following described premises located at: (the “Premises” to Tenant)
PREMISES LEASED. City, in consideration of the rents and covenants hereinafter mentioned, does hereby rent, demise and lease unto Lessee, the entire food concession stand at the City’s Ice Skating Rink situated in the City of Bethlehem, County of Northampton, Pennsylvania, said premises to be used for the purpose of operating a food concession stand and for no other purposes.
