ACCESS OVER Sample Clauses
The "Access Over" clause grants one party the right to enter or cross over another party's property for specific purposes, such as maintenance, repairs, or utility work. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which access is permitted, including notice requirements, permitted times, and any limitations to minimize disruption. Its core function is to ensure that necessary access is legally authorized and clearly regulated, preventing disputes and facilitating cooperation between property owners and those requiring access.
ACCESS OVER. MINERAL LEASE The Joint Venturers will at all times permit the State and third parties (with or without stock vehicles and rolling stock) to have access to and to pass over the mineral lease (by separate route, road or railway) so long as that access and passage does not unduly prejudice or interfere with the operations of the Joint Venturers under this Agreement.
