INFORMATION AND AUDIT ACCESS. 24.1 The Private Party shall provide to SANParks all information, documents, records and the like (including all contracts concluded by it for the purposes of or ancillary to the implementation of this Project) in the possession of or available to the Private Party as may reasonably be requested by SANParks for the purpose of complying with any of its statutory reporting obligations including its obligations under the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000, the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act, 2000, the Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act, 2000, the PFMA and the Public Audit Act, 2004.

INFORMATION AND AUDIT ACCESS. Project Co shall provide to the Authority's Representative all information, documents, records and the like in the possession of, or available to, Project Co (and to this end Project Co shall use all reasonable endeavours to procure that all such items in the possession of the Contractor or any Service Providers shall be available to it and Project Co has included, or shall include, relevant terms in all contracts with the Contractor or any Service Providers to this effect) as may be reasonably requested by the Authority's Representative for any purpose in connection with this Agreement. For the purpose of: the examination and certification of the Authority's accounts; or any examination pursuant to section 23 of the Public Finance and Accountability (Scotland) Act 2000 of the economy, efficiency and effectiveness with which the Authority has used its resources, the Auditor General for Scotland may examine such documents as he may reasonably require which are owned, held or otherwise within the control of Project Co (and Project Co shall procure that any person acting on its behalf who has such documents and/or other information shall also provide access) and may require Project Co to produce such oral or written explanations as he considers necessary. Project Co shall provide and shall procure that its Sub-Contractors shall provide such information as the Authority may reasonably require from time to time to enable it to meet its obligations to provide reports and returns pursuant to regulations, directions or guidance applicable to the Authority including, without limitation, reports and returns regarding the physical condition of buildings occupied by the Authority, health and safety, under the firecode, relating to environmental health and to comply with [requirements for the provision of information relating to achievement of customer service targets].

The Contractor shall procure that all Relevant Records in the possession of each Material Sub-Contractor shall be available to it on a basis that permits the Contractor to disclose them to BT and the Authority and the Contractor has included, or shall include, relevant terms in its contract with each Material Sub-Contractor to this effect.

INFORMATION AND AUDIT ACCESS. All Parties will keep proper accounts of all receipts and payments made in connection with the Services. Hoople will prepare and submit to the Customer reports of the work it has undertaken including any ancillary information reasonably required by the Customer associated with the Services. If requested by the Customer Hoople will provide any relevant information in connection with any legal inquiry, arbitration, court proceedings or any relevant investigation or disciplinary hearing that the Customer may be involved in including giving evidence.
