Incorporation of Contract Documents. The Design/Builder shall enter into Subcontracts with various Subcontractors for portions of the Work to be delegated by the Design/Builder. The Subcontracts shall require each Subcontractor, to the extent of the Work to be performed by such Subcontractor, to assume towards the Design/Builder all the obligations and responsibilities which Design/Builder assumes towards the Owner. All Subcontracts shall incorporate the terms of this Agreement and the Contract Documents to the extent applicable to the Work to be performed by the Subcontractor.
Incorporation of Contract Documents. This Contract consists of the following exhibits: • Exhibit B (Budget) • Exhibit C (Insurance Requirements) • Exhibit D (Intergovernmental Agreement between ORS 190 ENTITY and OHCS)
Incorporation of Contract Documents. The Contractor must incorporate the Contract Documents in each contract with a subcontractor engaged in the performance of the Work and require that all subcontractors comply with the terms of this Contract including but not limited to Insurance and Indemnity requirements. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for any delay or additional costs incurred as a result of its failure to provide adequate or accurate project information to a subcontractor that results in improper submittals and/or work, or time or other impacts is the sole responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor will have all of the obligations and the Agency will have all of the remedies that are specified in Section 11.
Incorporation of Contract Documents. This Contract includes all Contract Documents (Legal Notice, RFB, Bid, Bidder’s submittal) and all forms, attachments, appendixes, and/or exhibits to this Contract and those documents. By this reference, the Contract Documents and all forms, attachments, appendixes, and/or exhibits to this Contract and those documents are incorporated into and made a part of this Contract.
Incorporation of Contract Documents. With respect to the Work to be performed and furnished by Subcontractor hereunder, the Subcontractor binds itself to the Contractor under this Agreement by each and all of the terms and provisions of the Owner-Contractor Agreement and the other Contract Documents in the same manner and assuming the same duties, obligations, and responsibilities as the Contractor is bound and assumes to the Owner; and Subcontractor agrees further that Contractor shall have the same rights and remedies against Subcontractor as Owner has under the Owner-Contractor Agreement and the other Contract Documents against Contractor. The terms and provisions of this Agreement with respect to the Work to be performed and furnished by Subcontractor hereunder are in addition to and not in substitution for any of the terms and provisions of the Owner-Contractor Agreement and the other Contract Documents. The Owner- Contractor Agreement is available for Subcontractor’s review at Contractor’s corporate office, and Subcontractor agrees that it has reviewed and/or had the opportunity to review the Owner- Contractor Agreement.
Incorporation of Contract Documents. The above referenced recitals are true and correct and are incorporated into this Contract by this reference. This Contract includes and hereby incorporates in full by reference the following Contract Documents, including all exhibits, drawings, specifications and documents therein, and attachments and addenda thereto:
Incorporation of Contract Documents. The Work performed by a Subconsultant or Subcontractor shall be pursuant to an appropriate Subconsulting agreement or Subcontract between Design-Builder and the Subconsultant or Subcontractor which specifically binds the Subconsultant or Subcontractor to the applicable terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. The Design-Builder shall require each Subconsultant and Subcontractor, to the extent of the Work to be performed by such Subconsultant and Subcontractor, to assume towards the Design-Builder all the obligations and responsibilities which the Design-Builder by the Contract Documents assumes towards the City and shall incorporate the terms of this agreement and the Contract Documents to the extent applicable to the Work to be performed by the Subconsultants and Subcontractors.
Incorporation of Contract Documents. All of the foregoing Contract Documents are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Agreement as if they were set out verbatim. To the extent there is a conflict between the terms of any of the documents that constitute this Agreement, the terms that provide the greater benefit to the City and/or impose the greater obligation on Gobis shall control.

The Contract Documents are by this reference specifically incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement.
