In the case of such Other Inventions, if Spirogen is the owner, the Other Invention shall be licensed under Section 2.1, and, if Kolltan is the owner, the Other Invention shall be subject to a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to Spirogen for any use except with respect to Licensed Product or Antibody that Specifically Binds Target or Replacement Target.
