INADEQUATE SERVICE. When vehicles and equipment require service or adjustments upon delivery, the vendor shall either remedy the defect, or be responsible for reimbursing the manufacturer’s local authorized representative or other service provider to remedy the defect. Such service or adjustments shall be initiated by the vendor within 48 hours after notification by a purchaser, not to include weekends and holidays. Delivery will not be considered complete until all services or adjustments are satisfactory and the vehicle or equipment is redelivered. The provisions of the delivery section shall remain in effect until the redelivery is accomplished. The cost of any transportation required shall be the responsibility of the vendor until the vehicles or equipment are satisfactory and accepted by the purchaser.
