Assistance by Executive. During the period of Executive’s employment by Company and thereafter, Executive shall assist Company and its nominee, at any time, in the protection of Company’s (or its affiliates’) worldwide right, title and interest in and to Work Product and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by Company or its nominee and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries.
Assistance by Executive. During the period of Executive’s employment by the Company, Executive shall assist the Company and its nominee, at any time, in the protection of the Company’s or its Affiliates’ worldwide right, title and interest in and to Confidential Information and Work Product and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by the Company or its nominee and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries. After Executive’s employment with the Company terminates, at the request from time to time and expense of the Company or its Affiliates, Executive shall reasonably assist the Company and its nominee, at reasonable times and for reasonable periods and for reasonable compensation, in the protection of the Company’s or its Affiliates’ worldwide right, title and interest in and to Confidential Information and Work Product and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by the Company or its nominee and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries.
Assistance by Executive. During the period of Executive’s employment by the Employer, Executive shall assist the Employer and its nominee, at any time, in the protection of the Employer’s or its affiliates’ worldwide right, title, and interest in and to Confidential Information and Work Product, and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by the Employer or its nominee(s), and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries. After Executive’s employment with the Employer terminates, at the request from time to time and expense of the Employer or its affiliates, Executive shall assist the Employer or its nominee(s) in the protection of the Employer’s or its affiliates’ worldwide right, title, and interest in and to Confidential Information and Work Product, and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by the Employer or its nominee, and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries.

During the period of Executive’s employment by the Company, Executive shall assist the Company and its nominee, at any time, in the protection of the Company’s or its affiliates’ worldwide right, title and interest in and to Confidential Information and Work Product and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by the Company or its nominee(s) and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries. After Executive’s employment with the Company terminates, at the request from time to time and expense of the Company or its affiliates, Executive shall assist the Company or its nominee(s) in the protection of the Company’s or its affiliates’ worldwide right, title and interest in and to Confidential Information and Work Product and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by the Company or its nominee and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries.
Assistance by Executive. During the period of Executive’s employment by the Company, Executive shall assist the Company and its nominee, at any time, in the protection of the Company’s or its affiliates’ worldwide right, title and interest in and to Confidential Information and Work Product and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by the Company or its nominee(s) and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries. For the period of two (2) years after Executive’s employment termination with the Company pursuant to Section 5.3 above, at the request from time to time and expense of the Company or its affiliates, Executive shall assist the Company or its nominee(s) in the protection of the Company’s or its affiliates’ worldwide right, title and interest in and to Confidential Information and Work Product and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by the Company or its nominee and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries. Executive shall assist after Executive’s employment termination with the Company other than pursuant to Section 5.3 above pursuant to mutually agreeable terms between the Executive and the Company.
Assistance by Executive. During the period of Executive’s employment by the Company, Executive shall assist the Company and any Company nominee, at any time, in the protection of the Company’s worldwide right, title and interest in and to Confidential Information and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by the Company or its nominee(s) and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries. After Executive’s employment with the Company terminates, at the request from time to time and expense of the Company, Executive shall assist the Company or its nominee(s) in the protection of the Company’s worldwide right, title and interest in and to Confidential Information and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by the Company or its nominee and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries provided, however, that such assistance from Executive after Executive’s employment with the Company terminates shall be at the Company’s expense and shall not require Executive to expend unreasonable periods of time or unreasonably interfere with any obligations Executive may have to provide services to other persons or entities.
Assistance by Executive. During the period of Executive’s employment by the Company, Executive shall assist each Company Entity, at any time, in the protection of such Company Entity’s worldwide right, title and interest in and to Confidential Information and Work Product and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by such applicable Company Entity and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries. After Executive’s employment with the Company terminates, at the request from time to time and expense of each Company Entity, Executive shall reasonably assist such Company Entity, at reasonable times and for reasonable periods and for reasonable compensation, in the protection of such Company Entity’s worldwide right, title and interest in and to Confidential Information and Work Product and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by such Company Entity and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries.
Assistance by Executive. During the period of Executive’s employment by the Company, Executive shall assist the Company and its nominee, at any reasonable time and at the Company’s expense, in the protection of the Company’s or its affiliates’ worldwide right, title and interest in and to Confidential Information and Work Product and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by the Company or its nominee(s) and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries. After Executive’s employment with the Company terminates, at the reasonable request from time to time and expense of the Company or its affiliates, Executive shall assist the Company or its nominee(s) in the protection of the Company’s or its affiliates’ worldwide right, title and interest in and to Confidential Information and Work Product and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by the Company or its nominee and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries.
