Personal Time Scheme (Personal Days. Upon commencement of this Agreement, Officeworks BusinessDirect will cease the operation of the Personal Time Scheme. Eligible team members who were in receipt of Personal Time shall receive a lump sum payment in lieu of any outstanding Personal Time from their anniversary date of up to 4 days (pro-rata for part-time team members) not taken as at 1 October 2006 plus the value of 1 additional day (pro rata for part time team members) to be paid on the first full pay period prior to 25 December 2006. Eligible team members shall receive a further lump sum payment equivalent to 4 days on the first full pay period prior to 25 December 2007 and 25 December 2008. For the period from 25 December 2008 until the expiry of this Agreement (i.e. 1 September 2009) eligible team members shall receive a lump sum payment equivalent to 3 days on the first full pay period prior to 1 September 2009.

  • Personal Day All employees shall receive a personal day in each contract year. This personal day is in addition to the holidays listed in paragraph 3 above. The personal day shall be scheduled in accordance with the following provision: Employees may select such day off on five (5) days notice to the Employer provided such selection does not result in a reduction of employees in the building below 75% of the normal work staff. Such selection shall be made in accordance with seniority.

  • Personal Days Employee shall be entitled to three (3) personal days annually, pro-rated for any partial year of employment, the unused portion of which shall accumulate as sick days.

  • Personal Time Off Executive shall be entitled to paid time off in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to executives.

  • Personal Time Employees shall be eligible to take accrued PTO time for personal reasons. Such time must be scheduled in advance in accordance with Employer policies and be approved by the employee's supervisor. Personal time PTO must be taken in at least one-hour increments.

  • Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave 7.3.1 All full time employees shall be entitled to accrue paid personal / carer's leave on the basis of 10 days per year (or pro-rata thereof for any period less than one year). Part-time employees are entitled to a pro-rata benefit. Paid personal / carer's leave is cumulative.

  • Personal Leave of Absence The Administrator may grant a request for leave of absence for personal reasons without pay provided that he receives at least one (1) month's clear notice, in writing, unless impossible, and provided that such leave may be arranged without undue inconvenience to the normal operations of the Nursing Home. Employees when applying for such leave shall indicate the proposed date of departure and return. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.
