civil partner in relation to a person, means a civil partner within the meaning of the Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Act 2010, but does not include a civil partner who is living separately and apart from the person;
Civil union means a civil union established pursuant to Act 91 of the 2000 Vermont Legislative Session, entitled “Act Relating to Civil Unions”.
Limited Partner Interest means a Partnership Interest of a Limited Partner in the Partnership representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Partners and includes any and all benefits to which the holder of such a Partnership Interest may be entitled, as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of such Person to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. A Limited Partner Interest may be expressed as a number of Partnership Units (other than GP Units).
Ex Officio Member means a non-voting, non-dues paying member of the Council that is not a party to this Agreement.
General Partner Interest means the ownership interest of the General Partner in the Partnership (in its capacity as a general partner) and includes any and all benefits to which the General Partner is entitled as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of the General Partner to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.
Civil War means an internecine war, or a war carried on between or among opposing citizens of the same country or nations.
Council Member means a member of the Council;
Substitute Limited Partner means any Person admitted to the Partnership as a Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.03 hereof.
parent financial holding company in a Member State means a financial holding company which is not itself a subsidiary of an institution authorised in the same Member State, or of a financial holding company or mixed financial holding company set up in the same Member State;
County Political Party Committee means a committee organized pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:5-3.
Partner means any General Partner or Limited Partner.
Partnership Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
parent mixed financial holding company in a Member State means a mixed financial holding company which is not itself a subsidiary of an institution authorised in the same Member State, or of a financial holding company or mixed financial holding company set up in that same Member State;
Distribute in Commerce or “Distribution in Commerce” means to sell in commerce, to import, to introduce or deliver for introduction into commerce, or to hold for sale or distribution after introduction into commerce;
Community Development Director means the Director of City’s Department of Community Development or his or her designee.
Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
Member in a Bidding Consortium or “Member” shall mean each Company in a Bidding Consortium. In case of a Technology Partner being a member in the Consortium, it has to be a Company.
Partnership Tax Audit Rules means Sections 6221 through 6241 of the Code, together with any final or temporary Treasury Regulations, Revenue Rulings and case law interpreting Sections 6221 through 6241 of the Code (and any analogous provision of state or local tax Law).
Amateur means any of following:
Neutral Member has the meaning provided in Section 2. 1(f)(ii) of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement.
de facto partner means a person who lives with the employee as husband, wife or same sex partner on a genuine domestic basis, although not legally married to the employee;
civil servant means a person who is a member of a civil service of the Province, or who holds a civil post in connection with the affairs of the Province, but does not include-
juridical person means any legal entity duly constituted or otherwise organised under applicable law, whether for profit or otherwise, and whether privately-owned or governmentally-owned, including any corporation, trust, partnership, joint venture, sole proprietorship or association;
