If you are a Settlement Class Member (see Question 5) and a Current Participant, your payment will be credited automatically into your Plan account and then invested in accordance you’re your investment elections then on file with the Plan recordkeeper for new contributions. If you have no investment election on file, you will be deemed to have directed such payment to be invested in the Plan’s “qualified default investment alternative,” as defined in 29 C.F.R. § 2550.404c-5. If you are a Settlement Class Member and a Former Participant, your payment will be made via a tax-deferred distribution process as described in the Settlement Agreement, by which your payment will be transferred into a new automatic rollover XXX and you will then receive instructions for how to access and manage such account.
