Settlement Website means the internet website established in accordance with Paragraph 12.2.

Settlement Website means the website to be created by the Claims Administrator for purposes of communicating with Class Members and for otherwise facilitating the administration of this Settlement, including allowing Class Members to register and/or submit a Claim.

Settlement Website means the website the Settlement Administrator will establish as a means for the Settlement Class members to submit Claim Forms and obtain notice and information about the Settlement, including hyperlinked access to this Agreement, the Preliminary Approval Order, Long Form Notice, Claim Form, Motion for Final Approval, Application for Attorneys’ Fees, Costs and Service Awards, and Final Approval Order, as well as other documents as the Parties agree to post or the Court orders posted. The Settlement Website shall remain online and operable for six months after Final Approval.

Settlement Website means a website maintained by the Class Administrator to provide the Class with information relating to the Settlement.

Settlement Website means the dedicated website created and maintained by the Settlement Administrator, which will contain relevant documents and information about the Settlement, including the Settlement Agreement, the long-form Notice and the Claim Form, as well as web-based forms for Settlement Class Members and Unidentified Class Members to submit electronic Claim Forms, requests for exclusion from the Settlement, elections to receive Cash Awards by PayPal or Venmo, or updated postal addresses to which Cash Awards should be sent after the Settlement becomes Final.

Settlement Website means a website established and administered by the Settlement Administrator, which shall contain information about the Settlement, including electronic copies of Exhibits C and D (or any forms of these notices that are approved by the Court), this Settlement Agreement, and all Court documents related to the Settlement. A phone number for the Settlement Administrator shall be provided.
