The Settlement Administrator shall, promptly after entry of a Preliminary Approval Order, establish the Settlement Website containing key information and documents pertaining to the Settlement and the relief to be provided herein.
The Settlement Administrator’s responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, giving notice, obtaining new addresses for returned mail, setting up and maintaining the Settlement Website, fielding inquiries about the Settlement Agreement, directing the mailing of payments to Settlement Class members, and any other tasks reasonably required to effectuate this Settlement Agreement.
The Settlement Website will post important settlement documents, such as the operative Complaint, the Notice, the Settlement Agreement, and the Preliminary Approval Order.
Prior to the dissemination of the Class Notice, the Claims Administrator shall establish the Settlement Website that will inform Settlement Class Members of the terms of this Settlement Agreement, their rights, dates and deadlines and related information.
The Settlement Administrator also will create, own, and maintain the Settlement Website to be activated no later than five (5) days prior to the mailing of the Notice described above.
