Settlement Payment means the transfer, or contractual undertaking (including by automated clearing house transaction) to effect a transfer, of cash or other property to effect a Settlement.

Settlement Payment. ’ means a prelimi- nary settlement payment, a partial settlement payment, an interim settlement payment, a settlement payment on account, a final settle- ment payment, or any other similar payment commonly used in the securities trade; and

Examples of Settlement Payment in a sentence

For any Settlement Check returned to the Settlement Administrator as undeliverable (including, but not limited to, when the intended recipient is no longer located at the address), the Settlement Administrator shall make reasonable efforts to locate a valid address and resend the Settlement Payment within thirty (30) days after the check is returned to the Settlement Administrator as undeliverable.
The Parties agree that they shall not publicize this settlement, Settlement Fund or Settlement Payment, the amount or sum of individual Settlement Class Representatives' or Settlement Class Members' shares or the events and negotiations surrounding this Agreement in any way except by joint pleadings or unopposed motions filed with the Court, if required.

More Definitions of Settlement Payment

Settlement Payment means an Up Settlement Payment or a Down Settlement Payment, as applicable.
