Hoardings. The Promoter shall be entitled to put hoarding/boards of their Brand Name (including any brand name the Promoter is permitted to use), in the form of Neon Signs, MS Letters, Vinyl & Sun Boards and/or such other form as the Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit on the Larger Property and on the façade, terrace, compound wall or other part of the buildings as may be developed from time to time. The Promoter shall also be entitled to place, select, decide hoarding/board sites

The Transferor and the Promoter shall also be jointly entitled to place, select, decide hoarding/board sites.
Hoardings. The person acting on this consent must ensure the site is secured with temporary fencing prior to any works commencing. If the work involves the erection or demolition of a building and is likely to cause pedestrian or vehicular traffic on public roads or Council controlled lands to be obstructed or rendered inconvenient, or building involves the enclosure of public property, a hoarding or fence must be erected between the work site and the public property. An awning is to be erected, sufficient to prevent any substance from, or in connection with, the work falling onto public property. Separate approval is required from the Council under the Roads Act 1993 to erect a hoarding or temporary fence or awning on public property.

Hoardings. Prior to commencement of each phase of the development, a scheme for temporary fencing and/or enclosure of the site (including detailed drawings in plan, section, and elevation) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The temporary fencing and/or enclosing shall be painted timber and must be erected prior to commencement of each phase in accordance with the approved details. The temporary fencing and/or enclosure shall thereafter be retained for the duration of the demolition and building works in accordance with the approved details. No part of the temporary fencing and/or enclosure of the site shall be used for the display of advertisement hoardings, unless consent is sought for the Local Planning Authority. To ensure a satisfactory external appearance and to prevent harm to the street scene and public realm, in accordance with Policies 7.1 and 7.6 of the London Plan 2016, Policy DC1 and DC8 of the Local Plan 2018 and Key Principles of the Planning Guidance SPD 2018.
Hoardings. Landlord may require on multi-tenant floors that neat screens or hoardings as designed or prescribed by Landlord be erected at Tenant’s expense around Tenant’s Other Work and that, with respect to Tenant’s Other Work, all work be conducted and all tools and materials be kept behind such hoardings, and that all cutting, drilling or other work of a noisy or vibrant nature be conducted outside the normal business hours of tenants in occupancy.
