Filings and Recordings. The Administrative Agent shall have received all filings and recordations that are necessary to perfect the security interests of the Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Secured Parties, in the Collateral and the Administrative Agent shall have received evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent that upon such filings and recordations such security interests constitute valid and perfected first priority Liens thereon (subject to Permitted Liens).
Filings and Recordings. All filings and recordations that are necessary to perfect the security interests of the Lenders in the collateral described in the Security Documents shall have been received by the Administrative Agent and the Administrative Agent shall have received evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent that upon such filings and recordations such security interests constitute valid and perfected first priority Liens therein.

Filings and Recordings. All filings and recordations necessary to perfect the liens and security interests of the Lenders in the collateral described in the Security Documents shall have been executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent.

All filings (including all financing statements and all assignments of financing statements under the Uniform Commercial Code) have been delivered to the Agent for filing in each public office in which such filings and recordings are required or advisable to perfect the Liens on each of the Mortgaged Properties and the other Collateral granted by the Loan Parties pursuant to the Security Documents and, except for the filing of continuation statements with respect to such financing statements as may be required or advisable to be filed at periodic intervals, no periodic refiling or periodic recording is presently required to protect and preserve such Liens and security interests.
Filings and Recordings. The Lessee will cause to be done, executed, acknowledged and delivered at the Lessee's cost and expense all such further acts, conveyances and assurances as the Owner Trustee or the Owner Participant shall reasonably require for accomplishing the purposes of the Operative Agreements. Without limiting the generality of this Section 4.02(a), the Lessee will promptly take, or cause to be taken, at the Lessee's cost and expense, such action with respect to the recording, filing, re-recording and re-filing of the Lease (including each supplement thereto), and any financing statements or other instruments as may be reasonably requested by the Owner Trustee and appropriate, to maintain the Owner Trustee's title to and interest in the Aircraft and the Lessor's Estate, as against the Lessee and any third parties, or if the Lessee cannot itself take, or cause to be taken, such action, will furnish to the Owner Trustee timely notice of the necessity of such action, together with such instruments, in execution form, and such other information as may be required to enable either of them to take such action at the Lessee's cost and expense in a timely manner.

To the extent required by the Loan Documents, all filings and recordings (including, all mortgages, fixture filings and transmitting utility filings) that are necessary to perfect the Security Interest in the Collateral described in the Security Documents shall have been filed or recorded in all appropriate locations and Administrative Agent shall have received evidence satisfactory to Administrative Agent that such Security Interest constitutes a valid and perfected first priority Lien therein to the extent required by the Loan Documents.

All filings and recordings that are ---------------------- necessary to perfect the Security Interest in the Collateral constituting personal property described in the Security Documents shall have been filed in all appropriate locations and Administrative Agent shall have received evidence satisfactory to Agents that such Security Interest constitutes a valid and perfected first priority Lien therein.

The Lessee will cause to be done, ---------------------- executed, acknowledged and delivered, at the Lessee's cost and expense, all such further acts, conveyances and assurances as the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Loan Participant and the Owner Participant shall reasonably require for accomplishing the purposes of the Operative Agreements.
