Health Insurance Carrier. The College retains the right to determine the health insurance carrier. Association representatives shall be informed of the selection of a new carrier at least 30 days in advance of any change. Association members covered by other health plans may opt to waive their medical coverage with the College and receive a payment in accordance with Board Policy and applicable New Jersey legislation. In the event the Board of Trustees changes the health insurance carrier, the level(s) of coverage within the new program shall not be less than the coverage in effect, as of June 30, 1992.
