Guidelines for Borrowing and Use. To borrow a Mobile Beacon hotspot, patrons must be at least 18 years old. ● Hotspots may be checked out to adult cards that are accepted by the Coloma Public Library and are in good standing. ● Only one hotspot may be checked out per address. ● Patrons must present a current id at the time of checkout (name on ID and library account must match). ● At the time of checkout, a staff member will verify that the hotspot is functioning properly. ● Hotspots may be borrowed for two weeks. Renewals are permitted when there are no pending hold requests. ● The Library is not responsible for information accessed while using the hotspot; for personal information shared over the Internet; or for computer viruses that may be transferred to user storage devices. ● The Library is not responsible for damage to personal property due to the use of the hotspot. ● Hotspots must be returned inside the Library rather than the book drop. Staff will verify that the hotspot is functioning properly before checking it in from the patron’s account.

Loan Rules and Duration  1 week (7 day) loan—NO RENEWAL  Reserve online through our TixKeeper System (the one used for museum passes) or call the library to reserve.  The telescope will only be available for pick up on the day of your reservation (no early pick-up).  The telescope will be checked out from the Information/Reference Desk in the Adult Library.  The telescope must be returned only to a librarian at the Information/Reference Desk in the Adult Library.  The telescope may only be picked up by the person with the reservation. Do not loan to others.  Fines are $5 per day. If the telescope is not returned within two weeks of its due date, you will be charged the $375 replacement cost. The Fitchburg Police Department may be notified.

  • Procedures for Borrowing Subject to the prior satisfaction of all other applicable conditions to the making of a Term Loan set forth in this Agreement, to obtain a Term Loan, Borrower shall notify the Lenders (which notice shall be irrevocable) by electronic mail, facsimile, or telephone by 12:00 noon Eastern time three (3) Business Days prior to the date the Term Loan is to be made. Together with any such electronic, facsimile or telephonic notification, Borrower shall deliver to the Lenders by electronic mail or facsimile a completed Disbursement Letter executed by a Responsible Officer or his or her designee. The Lenders may rely on any telephone notice given by a person whom a Lender reasonably believes is a Responsible Officer or designee. On the Funding Date, each Lender shall credit and/or transfer (as applicable) to the Designated Deposit Account, an amount equal to its Term Loan Commitment.

  • Requests for Borrowing The Borrower shall give the Administrative Agent irrevocable prior written notice substantially in the form of Exhibit C (a “Notice of Borrowing”) not later than 10:00 a.m. (i) on the same Business Day as each Base Rate Loan and (ii) at least three (3) Business Days before each LIBOR Rate Loan, of its intention to borrow, specifying (A) the date of such borrowing, which shall be a Business Day, (B) the amount of such borrowing, which shall be, (y) with respect to Base Rate Loans in an aggregate principal amount of $1,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and (z) with respect to LIBOR Rate Loans in an aggregate principal amount of $1,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof, (C) whether the Loans are to be LIBOR Rate Loans or Base Rate Loans, and (D) in the case of a LIBOR Rate Loan, the duration of the Interest Period applicable thereto. If the Borrower fails to specify a type of Loan in a Notice of Borrowing, then the applicable Loans shall be made as Base Rate Loans. If the Borrower requests a Borrowing of LIBOR Rate Loans in any such Notice of Borrowing, but fails to specify an Interest Period, it will be deemed to have specified an Interest Period of one month. A Notice of Borrowing received after 10:00 a.m. shall be deemed received on the next Business Day. The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Lenders of each Notice of Borrowing.

  • Procedure for Borrowing The Borrower may borrow under the Commitments during the Commitment Period on any Business Day, provided that the Borrower shall give the Administrative Agent irrevocable notice, which notice must be executed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower and received by the Administrative Agent prior to (a) 11:00 A.M., New York City time, two Business Days prior to the requested Borrowing Date, in the case of Eurodollar Loans, or (b) 12:00 Noon, New York City time, on the requested Borrowing Date, in the case of ABR Loans. Each such notice shall specify (i) the amount to be borrowed, (ii) the requested Borrowing Date, (iii) whether the borrowing is to be of Eurodollar Loans, ABR Loans, or a combination thereof and (iv) if the borrowing is to be entirely or partly of Eurodollar Loans, the respective lengths of the initial Interest Periods therefor. Each borrowing under the Commitments shall be in an amount equal to (x) in the case of ABR Loans, $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and (y) in the case of Eurodollar Loans, $10,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof; provided that (i) a borrowing under the Commitments that is an ABR Loan may be in any aggregate amount that is required to finance the reimbursement of all or a part of an LC Disbursement as contemplated by Section 3.5 and (ii) any Swingline Lender may request, on behalf of the Borrower, borrowings of ABR Loans in other amounts pursuant to Section 2.20(b). Upon receipt of any such notice from the Borrower, the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender thereof. Each Lender will make the amount of its pro rata share of each borrowing available to the Administrative Agent for the account of the Borrower at the office of the Administrative Agent specified in Section 9.2 prior to 1:00 P.M., New York City time, on the Borrowing Date requested by the Borrower in funds immediately available to the Administrative Agent. Such borrowing will then be made available to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent crediting the account of the Borrower on the books of such office with the aggregate of the amounts made available to the Administrative Agent by the Lenders promptly upon receipt thereof and in like funds as received by the Administrative Agent; provided that (x) Loans made to finance the reimbursement of an LC Disbursement as provided in Section 3.5 shall be remitted by the Administrative Agent to the applicable Issuing Lender and (y) Loans made to finance the reimbursement of a Swingline Loan as provided in Section 2.20(b) shall be remitted by the Administrative Agent to the applicable Swingline Lender. Swingline Loans shall be made as provided in Section 2.19.

  • Requests for Borrowings To request a Borrowing, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such request by telephone (a) in the case of a Eurodollar Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., New York City time, three Business Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing or (b) in the case of an ABR Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on the date of the proposed Borrowing. Each such telephonic Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy to the Administrative Agent of a written Borrowing Request signed by the Borrower. Each such telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.02:

  • Request for Borrowing The Administrative Agent shall have received a Request for Borrowing or Request for Letter of Credit, together with a Borrowing Base Certificate;

  • Procedure for Borrowings The Borrower shall give the Administrative Agent written notice (or telephonic notice promptly confirmed in writing) of each Borrowing substantially in the form of Exhibit 2.3 (a “Notice of Borrowing”) (x) prior to 11:00 a.m. (New York time) one (1) Business Day prior to the requested date of each Base Rate Borrowing and (y) prior to 11:00 a.m. (New York time) three (3) Business Days prior to the requested date of each Eurodollar Borrowing. Each Notice of Borrowing shall be irrevocable and shall specify: (i) the aggregate principal amount of such Borrowing, (ii) the date of such Borrowing (which shall be a Business Day), (iii) the Type of such Loan comprising such Borrowing and (iv) in the case of a Eurodollar Borrowing, the duration of the initial Interest Period applicable thereto (subject to the provisions of the definition of Interest Period). Each Borrowing shall consist entirely of Base Rate Loans or Eurodollar Loans, as the Borrower may request. The aggregate principal amount of each Eurodollar Borrowing shall be not less than $5,000,000 or a larger multiple of $1,000,000, and the aggregate principal amount of each Base Rate Borrowing shall not be less than $1,000,000 or a larger multiple of $100,000; provided, that Base Rate Loans made pursuant to Section 2.4 may be made in lesser amounts as provided therein. At no time shall the total number of Eurodollar Borrowings outstanding exceed six. Promptly following the receipt of a Notice of Borrowing in accordance herewith, the Administrative Agent shall advise each Lender of the details thereof and the amount of such Lender’s Loan to be made as part of the requested Borrowing.

  • Borrowing Procedures Each Swing Line Borrowing shall be made upon the Borrower’s irrevocable notice to the Swing Line Lender and the Administrative Agent, which may be given by telephone. Each such notice must be received by the Swing Line Lender and the Administrative Agent not later than 1:00 p.m. on the requested borrowing date, and shall specify (i) the amount to be borrowed, which shall be a minimum of $100,000, and (ii) the requested borrowing date, which shall be a Business Day. Each such telephonic notice must be confirmed promptly by delivery to the Swing Line Lender and the Administrative Agent of a written Swing Line Loan Notice, appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower. Promptly after receipt by the Swing Line Lender of any telephonic Swing Line Loan Notice, the Swing Line Lender will confirm with the Administrative Agent (by telephone or in writing) that the Administrative Agent has also received such Swing Line Loan Notice and, if not, the Swing Line Lender will notify the Administrative Agent (by telephone or in writing) of the contents thereof. Unless the Swing Line Lender has received notice (by telephone or in writing) from the Administrative Agent (including at the request of any Lender) prior to 2:00 p.m. on the date of the proposed Swing Line Borrowing (A) directing the Swing Line Lender not to make such Swing Line Loan as a result of the limitations set forth in the proviso to the first sentence of Section 2.04(a), or (B) that one or more of the applicable conditions specified in Article IV is not then satisfied, then, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Swing Line Lender will, not later than 3:00 p.m. on the borrowing date specified in such Swing Line Loan Notice, make the amount of its Swing Line Loan available to the Borrower at its office by crediting the account of the Borrower on the books of the Swing Line Lender in immediately available funds.

  • Manner of Borrowing and Funding Revolver Loans Borrowings under the Commitments established pursuant to Section 1.1 hereof shall be made and funded as follows:

  • Procedure for Borrowing Revolving Loans Each Borrowing shall be made by a written request by an Authorized Person delivered to Agent and received by Agent no later than 10:00 a.m. (i) on the Business Day that is the requested Funding Date in the case of a request for a Swing Loan, and (ii) on the Business Day that is 1 Business Day prior to the requested Funding Date in the case of all other requests, specifying (A) the amount of such Borrowing, and (B) the requested Funding Date (which shall be a Business Day); provided, that Agent may, in its sole discretion, elect to accept as timely requests that are received later than 10:00 a.m. on the applicable Business Day. At Agent’s election, in lieu of delivering the above-described written request, any Authorized Person may give Agent telephonic notice of such request by the required time. In such circumstances, Borrowers agree that any such telephonic notice will be confirmed in writing within 24 hours of the giving of such telephonic notice, but the failure to provide such written confirmation shall not affect the validity of the request.
