GPS/Video Surveillance Sample Clauses

GPS/Video Surveillance. The District agrees that if any GPS or Video surveillance technologies are to be used, the purpose of such use shall be the protection of persons and/or property and that such technology will not be used to monitor employee conduct or performance. GPS or Video surveillance technologies are measures toward improving safety and will not be used by management for the purpose of finding misconduct or issuing discipline, referred to as "targeted surveillance." In the event the District intends to implement any new GPS or Video Surveillance technologies the District will give the Union 60 days’ notice. Once the notice has been provided the parties shall meet to discuss, privacy rights, implementation plans, and formal notice to the employees. In circumstances where there is reasonable concern that misconduct has occurred and where records/footage generated from GPS or Video surveillance may assist in the determination of whether or not suspected misconduct has occurred, such records/footage may be reviewed by the District and relied upon for disciplinary purposes. The parties agree that information gathered from these devices will only be reviewed by the Director of Human Resources and the Department Head responsible for the disciplinary decision, and Union representatives.

  • Video Surveillance All video surveillance will be directed by the YSU police department.

  • Surveillance The COR will receive and document all complaints from Government personnel regarding the services provided. If appropriate, the COR will send the complaints to the Contractor for corrective action.

  • Electronic Surveillance The primary purpose of electronic surveillance is to ensure the health, welfare and safety of all educators, students and visitors to District property and to safeguard District facilities and equipment. As such, the District and the Association agree:

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • System Monitoring to ensure safe and continuous operation, the Customer must monitor key services and resource use as recommended by Deswik, and provide Deswik with details of monitoring and any relevant alerts as needed. Services to be monitors include, without limitation, disk space, CPU usage, memory usage, database connectivity, and network utilization.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years. Contractor shall make the criminal background checks required by Paragraph IV.G.1 available for inspection and copying by DRS personnel upon request of DRS.

  • Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Screens 3.2.1.1 The proposed Generating Facility's Point of Interconnection must be on a portion of the Utility's Distribution System.
