System Monitoring to ensure safe and continuous operation, the Customer must monitor key services and resource use as recommended by Deswik, and provide Deswik with details of monitoring and any relevant alerts as needed. Services to be monitors include, without limitation, disk space, CPU usage, memory usage, database connectivity, and network utilization.

Supplier agrees that the Company may, at any time, without further consent, access and monitor any usage by Supplier or Supplier’s Personnel of any Company information, systems and resources, including without limitation: computers, computer software, electronic mail, online services, voicemail, facsimile machines, telephones and photocopiers.

Such capability shall enable Comcast to monitor the signal quality of all channels delivered on the Cable System, including any Public, Educational and/or Governmental Channels.

Such capacity, to be located at its central office facility, shall enable the Licensee to monitor the signal quality of all channels delivered on the Cable Communications System, including the community programming channels.
System Monitoring. Definition Measurement Method Objective Rights and Remedies Contractor shall deliver all System Monitoring Access 24/7/365. The monthly availability percentage equals the Scheduled Uptime per month less Unavailable Time divided by Scheduled Uptime per month multiplied by 100. Scheduled uptime is based on 24x number of days in the month. The monthly Availability percentage shall be based on the cumulative total of all outage durations for each calendar month. 99.999% Failure to meet the SLA objective for one month shall result in a 25% credit/or adjustment of the Total Monthly Recurring Cost (TMRC) of all System Monitoring services under contract for that month. Next consecutive month fail to meet the SLA objective shall result in a 50% credit/or adjustment of the TMRC of all System Monitoring services under contract for that month. Each additional consecutive month fail to meet the SLA objective shall result in a 100% credit/or adjustment of the TMRC of all System Monitoring services under contract for that month.
System Monitoring. The Company will not systematically monitor Municipality Content, but the Company reserves the right to review Municipality Content from time to time at its discretion. The Company reserves the right to (a) disable access to or delete any Municipality Content which it determines in its sole discretion (such discretion to be exercised in good faith) to be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, or otherwise offensive, and (b) disable access to or delete any other Municipality Content under justified exigent circumstances, as such circumstances are determined in good faith by the Company.
System Monitoring. The school constantly monitors the use of information systems, including Internet access and the interception of e-mails in order to monitor compliance with this Acceptable Use Agreement and the School’s other e-safety and data security policies. Where Management believes unauthorised and/or inappropriate use of the school’s information system or unacceptable or inappropriate behaviour may be taking place there will be a full investigation which could result in disciplinary action taking place. This is extended to inappropriate behaviour outside the school if other members of the school community are involved. If the school suspects that the system may be being used for criminal purposes or for storing unlawful text, images or sound, the matter will be brought to the attention of the relevant law enforcement organisation. Student Acceptable Use of ICT Agreement Form If you do not sign and return this agreement, access will not be granted to school ICT systems. I have read and I understand the Student Acceptable Use of ICT Agreement terms (see previous pages attached) I understand that, if I fail to comply with this Student Acceptable Use of ICT Agreement, I will be subject to disciplinary action. This may include loss of access to the school network / internet, detentions, suspensions, contact with parents and in the event of illegal activities involvement of the police. I understand that the school also has the right to take action against me if I am involved in incidents of inappropriate behaviour, that are covered in this agreement, when I am out of school and where they involve my membership of the school community (examples would be cyber-bullying, use of images or personal information).
