Implementation Plans. 22. The Commonwealth and the States will agree to, or agree amendments to, Implementation Plans that set out each State’s strategy for providing universal access from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2021, and delivering on the outcomes and outputs set out in Part 2 of this Agreement, including:
Implementation Plans. 2. Scope of this Agreement This agreement authorizes those activities identified and analyzed in the AB subject to the terms and conditions in Section 5 below.
Implementation Plans. Contractor, in collaboration with the County, shall assist in the development of strategic planning tools and information pertaining to a new technology solution. These planning tools shall assist the County with implementation of recommendations derived from the work described above. The suggested implementation plans shall show a breakdown on estimated costs and staffing implications associated with each recommendation and also give a projected time line and project duration for implementation at each jail facility.
Implementation Plans. The CONTRACTOR shall incorporate appropriate sections of the “Scope of Work and Budget” and description of allowable incentives in accordance with the incentives guidance provided to the CONTRACTOR by WSDOT as set forth in Section 10 of this AGREEMENT, as well as the WSDOT-approved Administrative Work Plan, in all agreements with an eligible contracting partner(s), as necessary, to coordinate the development, implementation, and administration of such CTR and/or GTEC plans, and in compliance with applicable ordinances.
Implementation Plans. Upon the applicable dates set forth in the Transformation Plan or Attachment 3-C, Service Provider shall deliver to DIR for DIR's review, comment and approval detailed plans for the implementation of transformational activities during the succeeding period. Unless otherwise requested by Service Provider and agreed by DIR in its sole discretion, such implementation plans shall be based on and shall be consistent in all material respects with the Transformation Plan. Such implementation plans shall identify each transformational activity to be performed by Service Provider Personnel and the particular changes in technology and processes to be implemented. If approved by DIR, each such plan shall become a part of the Transformation Plan and shall be deemed incorporated in Exhibit 20 without the need for further action by the Parties.
Implementation Plans. 39. States opting to participate in this Agreement are agreeing to participate in all of the facilitation reforms and will develop Implementation Plans which, as a minimum will:
Implementation Plans. The initial plans for the ERP and C&RC Implementation Services include the building and deployment of the ERP Solution and the C&RC Solution across Triad’s and the Eligible Recipient’s facilities specified in Schedule D. Such initial plans are attached to this Agreement as Schedules D.1 and D.2, respectively (the “ERP Implementation Plan” and the “C&RC Implementation Plan,” respectively). By the dates designated in such respective plans, Supplier shall prepare and deliver to Triad detailed implementation plans for Triad’s review, comment and approval. The detailed implementation plans shall describe the specific activities to be performed by each Party (and McKesson under the Joint Contract Supplement) in connection with the ERP Implementation Services and the C&RC Implementation Services, but, unless otherwise agreed by Triad, shall be consistent in all respects with Schedules D.1 and D.2, as applicable, including the activities, deliverables, ERP and C&RC Implementation Milestones, and Deliverable Credits described therein. Supplier shall address and propose the resolution to any questions or concerns Triad may have as to any aspect of the proposed detailed implementation plans by incorporating modifications, additions or deletions to such plans that resolve such questions or concerns to the satisfaction of both Parties. After such detailed plan is approved by Triad, in its discretion, such detailed plans shall be appended to and incorporated in this Agreement as Schedules D.1 and D.2, as applicable, and shall supersede and replace the respective initial plans. Schedules D.1 and D.2 may thereafter be amended as mutually agreed by the Parties.
Implementation Plans. Service Provider shall deliver to TxDOT for TxDOT's review, comment and approval detailed plans for the implementation of transformational activities during the Term. Implementation Plans. C15 States and Territories will ensure facilitation funding is used in the most efficient and effective way to meet the new NEAT for ED patients, including managing potential risks for each project being funded. C16 States and Territories can flexibly move funding allocated in Table C1 to other Schedules within this Agreement but only in strict accordance with the requirements set out in Clause 32. C17 The Implementation Plan will detail the scope, cost and timeframe for projects funded in order to help achieve the NEAT. C18 The Implementation Plan may include, but is not limited to, projects such as:
Implementation Plans. F6 Should States and Territories wish to update their Implementation Plans, the Plan should outline the activities, funding allocations, timeframes, relationship with relevant Commonwealth or state-funded activities and expected improvements to service delivery of each project. The Plan may be published online. Implementation Plans should also outline how State and Territory funding and reform plans link with national reform directions. F7 States and Territories may provide implementation details relating to this Schedule in a single consolidated Implementation Plan covering more than one of the Schedules to this Agreement. The Commonwealth will accept a consolidated Implementation Plan, provided it explicitly and separately covers each individual Schedule’s objectives.
