Program Monitoring. The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

Program Monitoring. 2.1 In accordance with 42 C.F.R. § 438.66 and as applicable with 42 C.F.R. §§ 438.604, 438.606, 438.608, 438.610, 438.230, 438.808, 438.900 et seq., County will conduct monitoring and oversight activities to review the Contractor’s SUD programs and operations. The purpose of these oversight activities is to verify that medically necessary services are provided to clients, who meet medical necessity and criteria for access to DMC-ODS as established in BHIN 23-001, in compliance with the applicable state and federal laws and regulations, and/or the terms of the Agreement between Contractor and County, and future BHINs which may spell out other specific requirements.
