Functions as Benefit Plans Representative. (i) Said employee represents all employees at the Parts Distribution Centre represented by the Local Union from which said Representative is designated with respect to the Pension Plan, the Insurance Program and the Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Plan.

Functions as Benefit Plans Representative. Said employee represents all employees at the Parts Distribution Centre represented by the Local Union from which said Representative is designated with respect to the Pension Plan, the Insurance Program and the Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Plan. Carries out the duties of Union representatives specified in the Pension Plan, the Insurance Program and the Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Plan. Other Union representatives in the Parts Distribution Centre shall not participate in benefit plan matters except insofar as any one of them has been designated to act as the second member of a local committee pursuant to the Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Plan. Functions in place of the Chairperson of the Plant Shop Committee for the purposes of Article Section (3) of the Pension Plan for the Parts Distribution Centre for which the Chairperson functions. Functions as a member of the Local committee provided in Article Section of the SUB plan. Discusses with designated representatives of Management those questions regarding a benefit Plan or Program.

  • Function of Bargaining Committee All matters pertaining to performance of work, operational problems, rates of pay, hours of work, collective bargaining, and other working conditions, shall be referred by the Union bargaining committee to the Employer for discussion and settlement.

  • Project Employees Project employees who have not held permanent civil service status within the job classification, will not volunteer for or be assigned overtime work outside of the project. Required overtime within a project may first be assigned to qualified employees within the project by seniority. The process for assigning the overtime will follow the procedures outlined in this Article.

  • Vacation Scheduling for All Employees A. Vacation leave will be charged in the amount actually used by the employee.

  • Employee Personnel Files 1. There shall be only two files established for maintenance of employee performance and discipline records. The official personnel file, secured at the SPS office and the working building/program file secured at the building/program.
