Food, Beverage and Merchandise. Licensor reserves the sole right to contract for the sale or handling of music recordings, programs, periodicals, books, newspapers, food, beverages, novelties, or any related merchandise commonly sold or dispensed in Auditoriums, Coliseums, and Exhibit Halls; provided, however, that Licensor may, in writing, authorize Licensee to do any of the aforesaid upon such terms, as it may deem proper under the circumstances, subject to the provisions or existing contracts or Xxx Xxxxx Center rules of operation in effect at the time.

Food, Beverage and Merchandise. To the extent permitted by law, Owner shall permit the sale of food, beer, wine and liquor at the Facilities. Maxim shall apply for and obtain required State of Missouri and City of Xxxxxxx liquor licenses, and all other required permits and approvals. Owner shall cooperate with Xxxxx in obtaining such licenses, permits and approvals. Xxxxx shall comply with all laws relating to the sale of alcoholic beverages. In addition, Maxim shall purchase and sell such other food, beverage and merchandise at the Facilities for such prices as Maxim deems prudent.
Food, Beverage and Merchandise. City shall permit the sale of beer, wine and liquor at the Facility seven days per week if the Facility is open for play. Contractor, or a corporation of Contractor's choice, shall apply for and obtain necessary State of Missouri and City of Blue Springs liquor licenses to include restaurant-bar licenses, and all other permits and approvals. City shall cooperate with Contractor in obtaining such licenses, permits and approvals. Contractor, or the corporation of Contractor 's choice, shall comply with all laws relating to the sale of alcoholic beverages. Knowing willful failure of Contractor, or the corporation of Contractor's choice, to possess valid State of Missouri and City of Blue Springs liquor licenses for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days shall be grounds for City to terminate this Agreement for cause. In addition, Contractor, or the corporation of Contractor 's choice, if it is necessary for that corporation to sell food in order to secure the proper liquor license, shall purchase and sell such other food, beverage and merchandise at the Facility for such prices as Contractor deems prudent, except that Contractor agrees to maintain, or have maintained, and operate, or have operated, the Facility's food service such that golfers may, at a minimum, obtain coffee, beverages, pastries, sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, or their equivalents for breakfasts, lunches and dinners during times the golf course is open for play. It is agreed that for tournaments and other special events where the Facility, or a part thereof, has been rented, or is being used pursuant to a tournament that, outside caterers may be used to furnish food and/or beverages to include alcoholic beverages to the participants and their guests. Contractor shall ensure that the pro shop at the Facility carries sufficient products and inventory to satisfy the needs of players utilizing the golf course. Contractor understands and agrees that the interiors of buildings in the Facility are to be operated as smoke-free buildings in accordance with the City of Blue Springs ordinances and policies regarding public buildings. Contractor understands and agrees that all funds from the sale of beer, wine, liquor, beverages, and food and any other sales operated by any corporation other than Contractor in conjunction with an agreement with Contractor, or otherwise for Contractor, at the Facility shall, after payment of all expenses related thereto, become Revenues of the City or shall be paid b...

Coverage includes the initial purchase, fitting or adjustment. Replacements are covered only when Medically Necessary due to a change in bodily configuration. All other Orthotic Appliances are not covered. The determination of whether a covered item will be paid under the DME, orthotics or prosthetics benefits will be based upon its classification as defined by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

  • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.

  • Blood Donations An employee may be granted leave with pay, up to a maximum of two (2) hours, for donating blood during regularly scheduled hours of work.
