FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS. This consists of an initial four (4) family members residing at the same address. Additional family members can be added for an additional monthly fee. All Family Memberships must include one adult (18Y+).
FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS. A Family Membership shall grant membership privileges to the Primary Member identified on the Application and his or her spouse and unmarried children under the age of 26 living in the Primary Member’s home or attending school on a full time basis. Any such children 21 years of age or older shall be required to meet the same conditions of membership and shall have the same privileges as the Primary Member; any such children under the age of 21 shall have limited privileges as determined by PBR, including limitations on afterhours access. A Parent/Guardian Release of Liability must be signed and on file with PBR for children under 18 years of age prior to their use of the Range. Any children in your Family under 21 years of age shall be allowed to accompany the Primary Member or his or her spouse to the Club Lounge or Range, provided they remain under their direct supervision at all times. Any child between the ages of 8 and 12 may shoot in the Range, provided that the Primary Member or his or her spouse stays in the shooting booth with the child at all times. Any child between the ages of 8 and 12 may only shoot a .22 caliber firearm, without the prior consent of the PBR General Manager. PBR reserves the right, from time to time, to limit the use of the Range by children under the age of 21 during peak periods of Range use.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS. 13.1 FAMILY membership packages are available for immediate family members including co-habitant couples and their children. All payments must be made via one bank account or cheque or by one direct debit mandate for Direct Debit Members.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS. Family is defined as spouse or children living in the same household. Only one member is allowed to satisfy dues. If a family membership drops to one member, the Dues change to the Individual rate in effect at that time.

FOR ANY FAMILY MEMBERSHIP SELECTED, PLEASE LIST THE NAMES AND DATES OF BIRTH OF ALL MEMBERS COVERED BY THE MEMBERSHIP: *ACH BILLING FOR DUES IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE MINIMUM 3-Month COMMITMENT: You will be required to sign an ACH Authorization Agreement and attach a voided check to the agreement. Your Membership will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW MONTH TO MONTH UNTIL THE NORDIC CLUB has received and acknowledged WRITTEN NOTICE from you at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing cycle. The Monthly rate is generally drafted during the first week of each month. NOTICE TO BUYER: DO NOT SIGN THIS CONTRACT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ ALL OF IT. ALSO, DO NOT SIGN THIS CONTRACT IF IT CONTAINS ANY BLANK SPACES. STATE LAW REQUIRES THAT THIS HEALTH CLUB REGISTER WITH THE BUREAU OF CONSUMER PROTECTION AND ANTITRUST OF THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AND MAY REQUIRE THAT THIS CLUB POST A BOND TO PROTECT CUSTOMERS WHO PAY IN ADVANCE FOR MEMBERSHIP OR SERVICES IN THE EVENT THIS CLUB CLOSES. YOU SHOULD ASK TO SEE EVIDENCE THAT THIS CLUB HAS EITHER POSTED A BOND IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW OR HAS BEEN EXEMPTED FROM THIS REQUIREMENT BY THE ATTORNEY GENERAL BEFORE YOU SIGN THIS CONTRACT. IF THIS CLUB HAS NOT POSTED SUCH A BOND, AND YOU PAY THIS HEALTH CLUB FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH'S MEMBERSHIP OR SERVICES IN ADVANCE, THEN YOU ARE PAYING FOR FUTURE SERVICES, AND YOU MAY BE RISKING THE LOSS OF YOUR MONEY IN THE EVENT THAT THE CLUB CEASES TO CONDUCT BUSINESS. YOU MAY CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION IN WRITING ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THIS TRANSACTION.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS. Each/all family members of the primary account holder MUST fill out a liability/PAR-Q form in addition to the main application. NOTE: Family memberships include husband, wife, and children under 21 still living at home. Proof of cohabitation is required before family membership is granted and does not apply to applicants that are NOT married. Senior family memberships include only the husband and wife. Membership cards are issued only to those children who are 14 years of age and older.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS. The family membership includes people listed on the same Medicare card and living at the same residential address. There are no concessions on /within a family membership.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS. Family membership consists of two adults and up to four juniors (children 5-17 years of age as at 31 December 2021).
