Common use of Extension Clause in Contracts

Extension. The Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years and shall expire on December 31, 2013 ("Extended Expiration Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term".

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven forty-four (744) years months and shall expire on December 31April 30, 2013 2025 ("Extended Expiration Termination Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 15 months and shall expire on December January 31, 2013 2027 ("the “Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date ("the “Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years and shall expire on December 31June 30, 2013 2011 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven seventy-four (774) years months and shall expire on December May 31, 2013 2011 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”. That portion of the term of the Lease commencing June 1, 2004 and ending on the Prior Termination Date shall be referred to as the “Remaining Portion of the Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 12 months and shall expire on December October 31, 2013 2006 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven eighty four (784) years months and shall expire on December March 31, 2013 2025 ("the “Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the term of the Lease Term commencing on the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("the “Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be is sometimes referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven Six (76) years months and shall expire on December March 31, 2013 2010 ("Extended Expiration Termination Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term".

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 56 months and shall expire on December 31February 28, 2013 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven five (75) years months and shall expire on December July 31, 2013 2011 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 120 months and shall expire on December October 31, 2013 2026 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”. As of the Extension Date, the Expiration Date under the Lease shall mean the Extended Termination Date, or any extension thereof.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of twenty-seven (727) years months and shall expire on December August 31, 2013 2011 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Except as provided in Section 2 below, the term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven through June 30, 2018 (7) years and shall expire on December 31, 2013 ("the “Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That The portion of the term of the Lease Term commencing beginning on the day date immediately following the Prior Expiration Existing Termination Date ("the “Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven eleven (711) years months and shall expire on December 31November 30, 2013 2014 ("Extended Expiration Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term".

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years and shall expire on December 31, 2013 the date ("Extended Expiration Termination Date")) which is sixty (60) months after the Expansion Effective Date plus such additional days as may be required to cause the Term to expire on the final day of the calendar month, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term".

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years commencing on October 1, 2019, and shall expire terminating on December 31, 2013 2021 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 12 months and shall expire on December March 31, 2013 2001 ("Extended Expiration Termination Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term".

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven ten (710) years commencing January 1, 2018, (“Extended Commencement Date”) and shall expire on December 31, 2013 2027 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 120 months and shall expire on December 31April 30, 2013 201 1 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 15 months and shall expire on December March 31, 2013 2007 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 60 months and shall expire on December 31, 2013 2009 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven ten (710) years and shall expire on December 31April 30, 2013 2030 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Lease Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven Six (76) years months and shall expire on December March 31, 2013 2011 ("Extended Expiration Termination Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term".

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years and shall expire on December March 31, 2013 2020 ("“Extended Expiration Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The term of the Lease Term with respect to the Remaining Premises is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years and shall expire on December 31September 30, 2013 2017 ("Extended Expiration Termination Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of From and after the date hereof, references in the Lease Term commencing to the day immediately following the Prior "Expiration Date ("Extension Date") and ending on " shall mean the Extended Expiration Date shall be referred Termination Date, and references to herein as the "Extended Term"" shall mean the Term, as extended by this Second Amendment.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years and shall expire on December 31February 28, 2013 ("“Fourth Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Fourth Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Fourth Extension Date"”) and ending on the Fourth Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Fourth Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven two (72) years months and shall expire on December August 31, 2013 ("“Second Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Second Extension Date"”) and ending on the Second Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Second Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years and shall expire on December July 31, 2013 2020 ("Extended Expiration Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term".

Extension. The Lease Term is hereby extended retroactively as of August 1, 2010 for a period of one hundred twenty-seven (7127) years months and shall expire on December 31February 28, 2013 2021 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years and shall expire on December July 31, 2013 2012, ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven thirty-eight (738) years months and shall expire on December 31June 30, 2013 2014 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven eighty-six (786) years months and shall expire on December January 31, 2013 2014 ("the “Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing December 1, 2006 (the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven sixty (760) years months from the Prior Termination Date and shall expire on December January 31, 2013 2012 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the LeaseLease or this Amendment. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven Six (76) years months and shall expire on December 31September 30, 2013 2010 ("Extended Expiration Termination Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term".

That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years and shall expire on December 31, 2013 2015 ("Extended Expiration Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term".

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven twenty-four (724) years months and shall expire on December 31AUGUST 14, 2013 2011 ("Extended Expiration Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Scheduled Term Expiration Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term".

Extension. The term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 64 months commencing on the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date and shall expire on December 31, 2013 2014 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the term of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years and shall expire on December 31, 2013 ("Extended Expiration Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms term of the LeaseLease is extended until June 30, 2010 (the “Extended Termination Date”). That portion of the Lease Term term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 48 months and shall expire on December 31April 30, 2013 2008 ("Extended Expiration Termination Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term".

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 84 months and shall expire on December 31June 30, 2013 2010 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven sixty-six (766) years months and shall expire on December 31June 30, 2013 2015 ("Extended Expiration Termination Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term". That portion of the Lease Term retroactively commencing April 1, 2008 and ending on the Prior Termination Date shall be referred to as the "Remaining Portion of the Lease Term".

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven forty-six (746) years months and shall expire on December 31April 30, 2013 2014 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 29 months and shall expire on December 31June 30, 2013 2009 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 36 months and shall expire on December August 31, 2013 2011 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years approximately 48 months, subject to Section ll.B. above, and shall expire on December January 31, 2013 2009 ("Extended Expiration Termination Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term".

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years and shall expire on December 31June 30, 2013 2030 ("Extended Expiration Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term". The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 60 months and shall expire on December March 31, 2013 2010 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. The Lease Term is hereby extended for a period to the date (“Extended Termination Date”) which is the last to occur of seven (7i) June 30, 2008, or (ii) the date which is nine years and shall expire on December 31, 2013 ("Extended Expiration two months after the Fifth Expansion Commencement Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 36 months and shall expire on December 31February 29, 2013 2008 ("“Extended Expiration Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 26 months and 15 days and shall expire on December 31, 2013 2007 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years and shall expire on December March 31, 2013 2014 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing on April 1, 2009 (the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date ("Extension “Effective Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 60 months and shall expire on December August 31, 2013 2016 ("“Extended Expiration Termination Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("“Extension Date"”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby retroactively extended for a period of seven twelve (712) years months and shall expire on December 31November 30, 2013 2012 ("Extended Expiration Termination Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term".

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years and shall expire on December 31, 2013 2014 ("“Seventh Extended Expiration Date"”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Seventh Prior Extended Expiration Date ("“Seventh Extension Date"”) and ending on the Seventh Extended Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the "“Seventh Extended Term"”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years and shall expire on December 31September 30, 2013 2022 ("Extended Expiration Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term".

Extension. The Term of the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years 60 months and shall expire on December August 31, 2013 2016 ("Extended Expiration Termination Date"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date ("Extension Date") and ending on the Extended Expiration Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term".
