Equipment and Internet Access. Customer will furnish, at Customer’s expense, any computer, networking, telecommunications and other equipment, services and communication links necessary for Customer’s Authorized Users to access the Internet and connect to the System. Provider will not be responsible for equipment or network outages or problems relating to Customer’s premises or infrastructure. In no event will Provider be responsible for the compatibility of the System with any software, service, hardware or equipment that is not provided by Provider or that does not meet specification prescribed by Provider.

Equipment and Internet Access. The Subscriber shall be solely responsible for his or her own computer equipment, software, peripherals, and internet access used to access the System, and shall be solely responsible for any and all fees or costs necessary to access and utilize the System. Subscriber shall be solely responsible for ensuring the proper use, maintenance, and supervision of his or her equipment and internet access.
Equipment and Internet Access. 7.1 The Client is responsible for obtaining and maintaining, at the Client’s cost and risk, the necessary and compatible computer equipment, software and Internet access required to enable the Client to access and use the System, Software, and Information. If at any time during the continuance of this Agreement, new or different versions of software, hardware and/or equipment is required by HLIB for access to and use of the System, Software and Information, the Client shall upgrade the relevant software, hardware and/or equipment, or use the enhanced version of the same, as required by HLIB at the Client’s cost failing which the Client may not be able to obtain access to the System, Software and Information or all features or services available thereby and HLIB shall not be held liable as a result thereof or shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Client.
Equipment and Internet Access. We provide our Online Services as a convenience to you. You are responsible for obtaining and using your own internet access, browser, and secure device that meets the requirements for our Online Services that we establish from time to time. We are not responsible for notifying you of any upgrades, fixes, enhancements to, or for providing technical or other support for any browser, or for any compromise of data transmitted across computer networks or telecommunications facilities, including, without limitation, the internet. You are responsible for paying for, obtaining, installing, maintaining, and operating all computer hardware, software, and internet access services necessary to use or access any aspect of the websites and Online Services. You acknowledge that there are certain security, corruption, transmission error, and access availability risks associated with using the internet and you hereby expressly assume such risks (to the extent permitted under applicable law).
Equipment and Internet Access. Client shall, at its own expense, provide all hardware, software and Internet service access to allow it to access the System and meet Client’s performance requirements. Client shall, at its own expense, perform any work at the Client’s site required to use and access the System. Any problems arising due to the quality, incompatibility or non-performance of Client’s hardware, software or other third party products supplied by the Client shall be the responsibility of the Client.

  • Internet Access Data and information may be made electronically accessible to the Company through Internet access to one or more links provided by the Administrator or a sub-administrator (“Web Link”). All rights in Web Link (including text and “look and feel” attributes) are owned by the sub-administrator. Any commercial use of the content or any other aspect of Web Link requires the written permission of the sub-administrator. Use of the Web Link by the Company will be subject to any terms of use set forth on the web site. Web Link and the information (including text, graphics and functionality) in the Web Link is presented “As Is” and “As Available” without express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.   • WORK ACCESS The Association shall provide a current, written list of its Association Representatives to all heads of departments, offices, or bureaus represented herein and the CAO. The Association shall be responsible for keeping the list current. An Association Representative shall have access to department, office, or bureau facilities where Unit members are employed during regular working hours to assist employees covered under this MOU in addressing grievances when such Association assistance is requested by a grievant(s) or to investigate matters arising out of the application of the provisions of this MOU. The Association Representative shall request authorization for such visits by contacting the designated Management representative of the head of the office, department, or bureau. In the event immediate access cannot be authorized, the designated Management representative shall inform the Association Representative as to the earliest time when access can be granted. This Article shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the head of a department, office, or bureau to restrict access to areas designated for security or confidential purposes.
