Parts and Supplies definition

Parts and Supplies means any products used directly and primarily for the operation, repair or maintenance of a windjammer, including, but not limited to, sails, rope, wood, rigging, masts, paints, varnishes, undersealers, engines and pumps, and lubricants and fuel.[PL 2011, c. 425, §1 (NEW); PL 2011, c. 425, §3 (AFF).]

Parts and Supplies shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3 of this Agreement.

Parts and Supplies means all parts and supplies purchased by Borrower for use with or integration into Borrower's equipment, of whatever kind. For example, all replacement parts and supplies for Borrower's mxxxx and/or swamp buggies shall constitute Parts and Supplies.

More Definitions of Parts and Supplies

Parts and Supplies means as to any of Penhall, Xxx Xxxx, Capitol or Penhall Leasing, its fuel, diamond blades and diamond grinders used by such Borrower in conjunction with such Borrower’s Equipment in the ordinary course of business.

Parts and Supplies means the warehouse and stores inventory (including tools, parts, catalysts, chemicals, supplies and other similar items) owned by the Company.
