Statement of Requirements definition

Statement of Requirements means a statement issued by the Authority or any Other Contracting Body detailing its Services Requirement issued in accordance with the Ordering Procedure;
Statement of Requirements means the specification of the Services that the Contractor has undertaken to provide set out in Schedule 1.
Statement of Requirements means the Purchaser’s general requirements for the provision of services including Service Levels, set out in Schedule 5.1.

  • On or before the date which is twenty (20) Working Days prior to the date that the Contractor is expected to commence the Guaranteed Capacity Test and any other testing provided for in the Site Acceptance Test, the Contractor shall provide the Owner with a draft testing program and procedures in accordance with the Site Acceptance Test and the Statement of Requirements.

Statement of Requirements means the functional requirements and specifications for the design and construction of the Facility as set out in the Design-Build Agreement, including Schedule 1 [Statement of Requirements].

Statement of Requirements means a contractual document which includes a description, specification, requirements and details of the goods or services to be provided by the Contractor for the duration of the contract.
