All AASD or private contract services will be covered by the AASD with the exception of transportation.

The AASD will provide CCSA with documentation/reports which provide transparency to the equal funding of Classical School upon request.
Equal Funding. Appleton Bilingual School clearly understands that AASD support will not be greater or less than the same support given to other AASD schools. As an instrumentality, the AASD will be responsible for salaries and benefits of staff, as well as the lease and associated expenses of ABS space. In addition, ABS receives funding based on the per-pupil formula applied to all schools in the AASD. The ABS Governance Board will oversee, modify, and approve the site budget. All AASD or private contract services will be covered by the AASD. ABS students classified as ELL students will receive district-sponsored transportation based on programmatic needs of these students. Material and equipment purchased with gifts, grants, or AASD funds will remain the property of the AASD. All material and equipment will be labeled or marked property of ABS and AASD. Personnel: Full-time Teacher Equivalents (FTE’s) will be allocated to ABS in the same manner as it does for all AASD schools. As the school’s enrollment grows, the necessary FTE’s will increase, based on what are current AASD class ratios. Specialists will be allocated by AASD formula as well. Administration: Administrative services will be provided in the same manner as other AASD schools, including but not limited to: accounting, bookkeeping, risk management, auditing, cash management, payroll, benefits, administrations, labor relations, enrollment pupil services, record keeping, and general testing of students.

As an instrumentality, the AASD will be responsible for salaries and benefits of staff, as well as the lease and associated expenses of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Elementary Charter School space. In addition, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Elementary Charter School receives funding based on the per-pupil formula applied to all schools in the AASD. The Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Elementary Charter School Governance Board will oversee, modify, and approve the site budget. All AASD or private contract services will be covered by the AASD with the exception of transportation.
Equal Funding. As an instrumentality, the HASD will be responsible for salaries and 224 benefits of staff, as well as the associated expenses of the FWA space. Not later than 225 April 1 of each year during the term of this Contract, the District shall provide FWA 226 with an operational budget consistent with the per student building budgets for the other 227 District middle schools. FWA shall then submit a plan for the expenditure of said funds 228 showing the District its best estimate of proposed total expenditures for administering 229 the Contract during the upcoming fiscal period of July 1 to June 30. Operational funds 230 shall be available to FWA at the same time and in the same manner they are made 231 available to other schools within the District. 232 The Charter School shall be eligible to receive IT services(computer rotations, repairs, 233 student support services, library services, testing/assessment services and other 234 professional development related to District initiatives ie. Balanced Literacy training 235 services made available to the schools in the District, with the distribution of such 236 resources to be determined in a manner consistent with the distribution of such 237 resources to other programs in the District not part of FWA operational budget. FWA 238 will be provided services and resources not funded by building budgets consistent with 239 per student services and resources.
