Other Programs. The Executive will, during his employment under this Agreement, be included to the extent eligible thereunder in all employee benefit plans, programs or arrangements (including, without limitation, any plans, programs or arrangements providing for retirement benefits, incentive compensation, profit sharing, bonuses, disability benefits, health and life insurance, or vacation and paid holiday) which may be established by the Company for, or made available to, its executives generally.
Other Programs. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Executive’s entitlements under applicable plans and programs of the Company following termination of Executive’s employment will be determined under the terms of those plans and programs.
Other Programs. Nothing contained in this performance stock unit agreement shall affect the right of the Award Holder to participate in and receive benefits under and in accordance with the then current provisions of any pension, insurance, profit-sharing or other employee benefit plan or program of the Corporation or of any Subsidiary of the Corporation.
Other Programs. No benefits shall be payable to the Executive under any other severance pay arrangement or similar arrangement maintained by the Company or any Subsidiary. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, no other payments or benefits shall be due to the Executive following the Date of Termination (except as otherwise specifically provided under the terms of an employee benefit plan or arrangement).
Other Programs. 1. The Agency will implement and administer an ongoing voluntary Physical Fitness Incentive Program which allows employees the opportunity to achieve and maintain certain fitness requirements during duty hours. This program is not an entitlement. An employee’s participation in the program may not interfere with the Agency’s ability to accomplish the mission.
Other Programs. Such other AmeriCorps programs addressing educational, public safety, human, or environmental needs as the Corporation may designate in the application. § 2522.230 Under what circumstances may an AmeriCorps participant be released from completing a term of service, and what are the consequences? An AmeriCorps program may release a participant from completing a term of service for compelling personal circumstances, as determined by the program, or for cause.
Other Programs. 2.25 Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude a person from being eligible to participate in any federal or territorial programs, inclusive of the financial benefits related to such programs, in accordance with applicable program criteria, as such programs may exist from time to time.

Other Programs. Eligibility for discounts for other University of California courses and programs, including University Extension courses, are at the sole discretion of the University.
Other Programs. As a general rule, this Agreement is intended to supplement and enhance the rights and benefits available to Employee as a senior executive officer of the Company. Accordingly, unless this Agreement or any other agreement or plan of Company specifically indicates otherwise, none of the rights and benefits provided to Employee pursuant to this Agreement are intended to replace the rights and benefits made available generally to other senior executive officers of the Company.
