Pupil Services Clause Samples
The Pupil Services clause defines the range of support and resources provided to students within an educational setting. Pupil Services. Pupil services will be provided through AASD staff assigned to the school’s facility and subject to paragraph 21 herein.
Pupil Services. 1. Pupil services shall include the following: nurses, speech language pathologists, psychologists, audiologists and ESL teachers. Evaluations shall be conducted annually by the pupil services director or appropriate administrative designee.
a. Upon a general consensus of staff within a pupil personnel department and upon a timely request of the staff, an opportunity for input to the administration concerning scheduling and building assignments will be provided.
b. This shall neither require alteration of current schedules or assignments nor shall it require negotiations over scheduling and assignments.
c. This provision shall not preclude an individual from discussing his/her schedule and/or building assignment with the administration.
d. Meetings held pursuant to this section shall not be considered as one of the meetings as per Article V, B, 2.
3. All pupil services including nurses will have a minimum of forty (40) minutes uninterrupted duty-free lunch period, excluding passing time.
Pupil Services. Regular and special needs students will be provided for on the same basis as for other district students, but curriculum content may be modified for charter students to more closely follow WCA’s curriculum. AASD is responsible for supplying any additional materials or staff required to accommodate such students.
Pupil Services. Seven percent of the salary on Column II according to where they are placed based on previous experience. The assignments include District Department Chairs for School Psychologists, Nurses, and Speech Therapists
Pupil Services. In addition to Secondary Counselors, the Board will make every effort to provide adequate student services which may include counselors, psychologists and speech/language pathologists at all levels Pre K-12.

The Guidance Counselor(s) will receive compensation consistent with his/her appropriate step on the teachers' salary schedule plus compensation on a prorata basis for ten (10) days beyond the school year. These days may be substituted for mutually agreed upon alternate days.
