Eligibility and Use of Personal Leave Bank Days. 1. The Superintendent and the OAPSE President shall mutually determine eligibility for persons who apply for use of paid leave from the Personal Leave Bank, and shall determine the number of personal leave bank days authorized to the employee. The number of days will not exceed forty-five (45) days initially. Such eligible employees must have exhausted all of their sick leave accumulation and must have a serious or catastrophic illness or injury personally or in their immediate family.
