The ELECTRIC SUPPLY clause defines the responsibilities and arrangements for providing electrical power to a property or project. ELECTRIC SUPPLY. 5.5.1. The Purchaser will be required to apply to the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited or its nominees or any other legally constituted body authorised to distribute power, for provision of individual meters to the Demised Land. The Purchaser will be required to pay electricity security deposit for individual meters allotted to it and other monthly consumption charges as may be applicable.
ELECTRIC SUPPLY. 17.1 In the case the Contractor desires to buy electricity from the MES and if the same is available for supply with the department he shall be charged for the electric energy consumed at the following rates: (a) At ` 13.88 per unit for lighting and (b) At ` 13.88 per unit for power 17.2 Electric supply required for works shall be made available by the MES at the points marked on site plan. The main switch and kWH meter to register the electric energy supplied shall be provided and installed by the MES. The Contractor shall provide all necessary connections, cables, fittings etc. from main switch in order to ensure a proper and suitable supply of electricity for the execution of work. 17.3 MES do not guarantee availability/continuity or supply of full quantity of electricity as required/demanded by the Contractor. The electricity shall be supplied to the extent available with the department. No compensation whatsoever shall be allowed for supply becoming intermittent or for break down in the system. 17.4 The GE or his representative shall be free to inspect all the power consuming devices or any electric lines provided by the Contractor. Any devices or electric lines provided by the Contractor, which are not to the satisfaction of the GE shall be disconnected from the supply, if so directed by the GE.
ELECTRIC SUPPLY a) Electric power both for construction/assembling and lighting shall not be made available to contractor. Contractor shall arrange at his own cost power with necessary switch boards, energy meter etc. and shall be responsible for their maintenance.

The contractor shall provide all necessary cable, fittings etc from the main switch in order to ensure a proper and suitable supply of electricity for the execution of work. The contractor shall also provide necessary earthing keeping in view the security requirements. The MES does not guarantee for the continuity of supply and no compensation what so ever shall be allowed for supply becoming intermittent or for breakdown in the system. (c) The actual position of supply point(s) for electric energy will be ascertained by the contractor form the AGE (I) before submitting his tender. Irrespective of whether he actually inspects or not, he shall be deemed to have inspected and seen the supply point (s), in consultation with AGE (I) before submitting his tender. No claim, what so ever, shall be entertained on this account.
ELECTRIC SUPPLY. Power to EWS Block shall be supplied from Electric Sub Station (ESS) being installed in the Main Group Housing Project.

Any devices or electric lines provided by the contractor, which are not to the satisfaction of the GE, shall be disconnected from the supply, if so directed by him and no claim for compensation whatsoever may be, shall be allowed on this account.
ELECTRIC SUPPLY. Electric Supply for the flat is to be taken from the W.B.S.E.D.C.L. by the Flat Owner on application for individual meter as per rule. ⮚ Lift: Lift will be provide of standard make. ⮚ Generator: Generator will be provided for power backup for common electric points, lifts & pump set.

  • Electric Service 1. The Authority shall make available Electric Service to enable the Customer to receive the Allocation in accordance with this Agreement, Service Tariff No. WNY-2 and the Rules. 2. The Customer shall not be entitled to receive Electric Service under this Agreement for any EP and/or RP allocation unless such EP and/or RP allocation is identified in Schedule A. 3. The Authority will provide, and the Customer shall accept and pay for, Electric Service with respect to the Allocation specified in Schedule A. If Schedule C specifies a Takedown Schedule for the Allocation, the Authority will provide, and the Customer shall accept and pay for, Electric Service with respect to the Allocation in accordance with such Takedown Schedule. 4. The Authority shall provide UCAP in amounts necessary to meet the Customer’s NYISO UCAP requirements associated with the Allocation in accordance with the NYISO Tariffs. The Customer shall be responsible to pay the Authority for such UCAP in accordance with Service Tariff No. WNY-2. 5. The provision of Electric Service associated with the Allocation is an unbundled service separate from the transmission and delivery of power and energy to the Customer. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer’s local electric utility, not the Authority, shall be responsible for delivering the Allocation to the Facility specified in Schedule A in accordance with the applicable Utility Tariff(s). 6. The Contract Demand for the Customer’s Allocation may be modified by the Authority if the amount of Firm Power and Firm Energy available for sale as EP or RP from the Project is modified as required to comply with any ruling, order, or decision of any regulatory or judicial body having jurisdiction, including but not limited to FERC. Any such modification will be made on a pro rata basis to all EP and RP customers, as applicable, based on the terms of such ruling, order, or decision. 7. The Contract Demand may not exceed the Allocation. 8. The Customer’s Facility must be metered by the Customer’s local electric utility in a manner satisfactory to the Authority, or another metering arrangement satisfactory to the Authority must be provided (collectively, “Metering Arrangement”). A Metering Arrangement that is not satisfactory to the Authority shall be grounds, after notice to the Customer, for the Authority to modify, withhold, suspend, or terminate Electric Service to the Customer.   • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PNG for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers. 3.2 Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, subject to Section 3.1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall have the right to add, modify, grandfather, discontinue or withdraw Verizon Telecommunications Services at any time, without the consent of PNG. 3.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, the Verizon Telecommunications Services to be provided to PNG for resale pursuant to this Attachment will include a Verizon Telecommunications Service customer-specific contract service arrangement (“CSA”) (such as a customer specific pricing arrangement or individual case based pricing arrangement) that Verizon is providing to a Verizon Customer at the time the CSA is requested by PNG.

The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.
