Power Backup. The Company shall provide power backup facility to the Group Housing Colony / Project subject to timely payment of Maintenance Charges. The power backup for each Unit shall be made available through DG sets after accounting for an overall suitable diversity of 60% within the entire Group Housing Colony, the ownership of which shall vest with the Company/its nominee (including Maintenance Agency). It is, however, accepted by the Allottee that for any additional load increase requirement, the capital as well as running cost, as intimated by the Company from time to time, shall be borne by the Allottee. Further, the said power back facility is an additional feature and the Allottee herein shall not claim any loss /damage, whether direct or consequential, from the Company in the event of default on the part of the Maintenance Agency / association of Unit owners/ body providing the same or continue to provide the same. In the event the Allottee requires any further power back up for its appliances/equipment’s, the Allottee at its own cost and risk may install appropriate stabilizers/ uninterrupted power supply units within the Unit. The said power back up facility shall be usage based and the Allottee shall regularly pay its proportionate share of costs, charges, expenses etc. incurred by the Maintenance Agency in providing the same. The Allottee accepts that it shall not claim any damage / loss whether direct or consequential from the Company / Maintenance Agency or body providing the same in the event of low voltage, low frequency, inconsistent or non- availability of the same for reasons beyond the control of the Company / Maintenance Agency/any other body providing the same.
Power Backup. The Company may provide power back up in/to the Said Colony. The power backup for plot size ranging between 100 to 225 sq. mtr shall be upto 20 KW and for plot size more than 225 sq mtr ranging upto 000 xx xxx shall be upto 25 KW and for plot size above 325 sq mtr upto 30 KW after accounting for an overall suitable diversity of 60%. The power back up may be made available through DG sets of suitable capacity installed within the Said Colony or anywhere else, the ownership of which shall vest with the Company / its nominee (including maintenance agency).
Power Backup. The Purchaser shall have the provision for power backup from diesel generator for common areas of the building premises. The Purchaser shall have to take separate approval in writing from the Seller /Authority for power backup for the Unit/ Carpet Area, which shall be provided by the Seller /Authority subject to the availability of power from the installed Diesel Generator. The charge for such electricity shall be separately intimated to the Purchaser by the Seller/Authority, and payment for the same would have to be made separately in accordance with the charge raised thereon.
Power Backup. DG sets of adequate capacity as suggested by consultant for power back-up for common areas. DGs located in the building periphery and service floor. Maintaince cost on sharing basis if opted by the allottee. ANNEXURE NO. 1 (ONE)
Power Backup. CIS shall have an uninterrupted power source on every image station to keep the system from going down on power loss or xxxxx-outs. CIS shall have a backup system when the power is out or the main system server is down. The operator shall be allowed to continue capturing inmate images until the power is restored. When the power is restored, the CIS system shall automatically load the images to the main system server without or with minimal operator intervention.
Power Backup. Same as section 2.3.6.
Power Backup. The Contractor shall provide AC/DC-48V power supply at each site with integrated battery revert and charging to limit dependency on site UPS in the event of a power failure. The Contractor shall provide DC systems for 8-hour, off-power runtime, and 12-hour recharge at each site.
Power Backup. The Colocated Sites are equipped with N+1 power redundancy, uninterrupted power supply (UPS) systems, and high-capacity continuous run diesel generators with fuel for a minimum of 24 hours of operation.
Power Backup. Power Backup through generator will be provided in the flats during power failure for lighting and other domestic purposes to the extent of 1 (one) watt per sq. ft. of the built-up area of the Designated Apartment, controlled by electric circuit breaker SCHEDULE ‘E’ - SPECIFICATIONS, AMENITIES, FACILITIES (WHICH ARE PART OF THE PROJECT).
Power Backup. The Sub-Lessor has provided 100% (one hundred percent) backup power for the Premises. The Sub-Lessee shall pay for consumption of backup power through diesel generator based on actual power generation cost plus 20% (twenty percent) basis and which is currently estimated to be INR 23/- per unit of power back-up. The charges will be based on the meter reading for the back-up power provided for the Premises. It is further expressly clarified that such charges shall only be payable by the Sub-Lessee as regards the Premises and shall not include charges for backup power designated for the Common Areas, which shall be included as part of the Maintenance Charges and accordingly recovered on a proportionate basis.
