Effect of Approvals. No approval given by the City and the EDA hereunder or in connection herewith shall be deemed to constitute an approval of the Development for any purpose other than as stated herein and the process outlined in this Agreement shall not be deemed to supersede any concept review, conditional use permit, vacation, subdivision, rezoning or other zoning or planning approval process of the City or the EDA relative to the development of real estate.
Effect of Approvals. No acceptance or approval by the GNWT whether expressed or implied shall be deemed to relieve the Consultant of their professional or technical responsibility for the plans, drawings, calculations or other material prepared or assembled by the Consultant.

Effect of Approvals. No permission, approval, determination, consent or waiver received pursuant to Sections 7.9(a), 7.9(b) or 7.9(c) of this Agreement shall contain any condition applicable to the ESELCO Companies, Wisconsin Energy or Acquisition, or any one or more of them, which is, in the reasonable judgment of Wisconsin Energy, materially adverse in any manner to the ESELCO Companies, Wisconsin Energy or Acquisition.
Effect of Approvals. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ELI's ------------------- approval of "as-built" drawings or statement of any objections to such "as- built" drawings shall signify approval of or objections with respect to ELI's Telecommunications Services transmission system only and shall in no way be deemed to represent an opinion with respect to the adequacy of SRP's Electric Services and Utilicom Services transmission systems. Similarly, SRP's approval of "as-built" drawings or statement of any objections to such "as-built" drawings shall signify approval of or objections with respect to SRP's Electric Services and Utilicom Services transmission systems only and shall in no way be deemed to represent an opinion with respect to the adequacy of ELI's Telecommunications Services transmission system.
Effect of Approvals. No permission, approval, determination, ------------------- consent or waiver received pursuant to Sections 7.7(a), 7.7(b) or 7.7(c) of this Agreement shall contain any condition applicable to the WICOR Companies, the Wisconsin Energy Companies or Acquisition, or any one or more of them, which is, in the reasonable judgment of Wisconsin Energy, materially adverse in any manner to the WICOR Companies, the Wisconsin Energy Companies or Acquisition.
Effect of Approvals. Any approval by Lender of documents or materials submitted by any Borrower or by Guarantor shall be for loan underwriting purposes only, and Borrowers and Guarantor acknowledge that they are not in any way relying upon such approval for any purpose other than satisfaction of the terms and conditions of the Application. The mere fact that the description of any document, report or other item required by the Application sets forth certain information to be provided therein, does not obligate Lender to approve the content of such information when it appears in such document, report or other item. Any such approvals are to be relied upon by Lender only, and shall not constitute an assumption of liability by Lender with respect to Guarantor, any Borrower, or any contractors, architects, or engineers, or any present or future tenant, occupant or owner of the Property.
Effect of Approvals. Nothing contained herein, nor any consents or approvals provided by Owner in connection with DQEC’s activities pursuant to this Agreement, shall be construed to impose any liability, obligation, or responsibility upon Owner under or with respect to DQEC’s equipment and facilities. Owner makes no warranty or representation that the Building or any portions thereof are suitable for the use of DQEC’s facilities and equipment, it being assumed that DQEC has satisfied itself thereof.
Effect of Approvals. Any requirements in this Agreement for Developer’s review and approval of or consent to any matter or thing, including the Construction Documents and other Work Product of Architect and its Subconsultants, is included in this Agreement solely for the purpose of enabling Developer to protect its own interests with respect to such matters and things, and the granting of Developer’s approval or consent shall not relieve Architect of any of its obligations, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement, or constitute a release or waiver by Developer of any claims arising out of any defects or deficiencies in any matter or thing, whether previously approved or consented to by Developer.
Effect of Approvals. Any approval by IBD under this Agreement does not constitute or imply a representation or belief that the item submitted for approval complies with Applicable Law or is suitable or legally sufficient for the purpose intended.
