• The Partnership may merge or consolidate with or into one or more limited partnerships, general partnerships, corporations, business trusts or associations, or unincorporated businesses if (i) Consented to by the General Partner and by Unit Holders owning more than 50% of the Outstanding Units and (ii) such merger or consolidation is permitted under the Act or any other applicable law.
