Distance Education Course Development Sample Clauses

Distance Education Course Development. Any full or part-time Unit member who creates a distance education course shall be given first right of refusal to teach said course in subsequent terms, for the first four semesters that the course is offered. The Faculty member must meet the minimum qualifications and local standards to teach said course.

Distance Education Course Development. A. Course development is recognized as either 1) creating a new course, or 2) converting or adapting an existing course to a distance education format.

  • Staff Development ‌ The County and the Association agree that the County retains full authority to determine training needs, resources that can be made available, and the method of payment for training authorized by the County. Nothing in this subsection shall preclude the right of an employee to request specific training.
