Descriptions of Activities. A variety of small in-person cohorts are needed to provide students with urgent needs for whom Distance Learning does not work well. Small cohorts will not exceed 16 individuals total (staff and students) in size and will be created to meet the needs of students. As a result, a variety of staff may be involved in the implementation of small cohorts and may be conducted by CSEA-represented employees consistent with their job and duty descriptions and as necessary.
Descriptions of Activities. A variety of one-on-one in-person services and activities are required to fulfill Individualized Education Plans (IEP) and will involve different staff. Some of these activities and services can only be provided in-person, due to the type of activity and/or the student’s needs. Service providers will confer with their supervisor to determine which students will be offered in-person services. For example, a speech language pathologist may provide one-on-one in-person speech services for students unable to access Distance Learning and other special education in-person services will be conducted by other DTA-represented employees consistent with their job and duty descriptions and as necessary.

Descriptions of Activities. As mentioned above, under the 2nd Partnership DU is to provide facilities for up-gradation of knowledge and training at different levels in identified disciplines to a specified number of faculty members associated with various Universities/Institutions in Afghanistan. Achieving the purposes of the Partnership depends to a greater extent on a number of factors such as pace of decision making at various levels, appropriate interactions amongst the stake holders, medium of instructions, resource mobilization and creation of a viable environment for teaching and research in a set time frame. However, it is imperative that the utmost effort be made by the parties of the partnership.

  • Other Activities/Renovations A. The Contractor acknowledges its responsibility to assure the Judicial Council’s quiet enjoyment of the Program and to provide the full service level of the Property for the Program, free from outside distractions, disturbances, and/or interruptions. The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property.

  • Activities of JCM The services of JCM to the Trust hereunder are not to be deemed to be exclusive, and JCM and its affiliates are free to render services to other parties. It is understood that trustees, officers and shareholders of the Trust are or may become interested in JCM as directors, officers and shareholders of JCM, that directors, officers, employees and shareholders of JCM are or may become similarly interested in the Trust, and that JCM may become interested in the Trust as a shareholder or otherwise.

  • Commercial Activities Neither Contractor nor its employees shall establish any commercial activity or issue concessions or permits of any kind to Third Parties for establishing commercial activities on the Site or any other lands owned or controlled by Owner.
