Deployment Services Warranty. Zscaler shall provide the Deployment Services and warrants that the Deployment Services will be performed in a professional manner in accordance with industry standards for like services. If Customer believes the warranty stated in this Section has been breached, Customer must notify Zscaler of the breach no later than thirty (30) days following the date the Deployment Services was provided, and Zscaler will promptly correct or re-perform the Deployment Services at its own expense if a breach of this warranty occurred.

Deployment Services Warranty. Ziflow warrants that for a period of 30 days from delivery, it has performed the Deployment Services in conformance with generally accepted practices within the software services industry. Customer must notify Ziflow of any breach of this warranty no later than 30 days after delivery of the Deployment Services. Customer’s exclusive remedy and Ziflow’s entire liability under this warranty will be for Ziflow to re-perform any non-conforming portion of the Deployment Services, or if Ziflow cannot remedy the breach, then to refund that part of the fees attributable to such non-conforming portion of the Deployment Services. This warranty will not apply to the extent that Customer, its contractors or agents have modified any item.

Support Services and TAM Warranty. Comcast shall provide the Support Services and warrants that the Support Services will be performed in a professional manner in accordance with industry standards for like services, but does not guarantee that every question or problem will be resolved. Comcast’s obligation to provide Support Services, does not include services requested as a result of causes or errors which are not attributable to Comcast or its authorized agents. If, upon investigating the cause of the incident, Comcast determines that there is a defect in the Product, Comcast will provide a remedy in the form of a workaround, or another version of the Product that includes a bug fix for the defect. Customer agrees to provide reasonable support information necessary to understand and resolve the incident, which may include log files, configuration files and/or error messages.

  • Cloud Services Warranty Beginning on the date that the term of the initial Services Order for Cloud Services commences, We warrant to You that the Cloud Services will materially conform to the then current description of the Cloud Services in the Documentation. If You become aware of a warranty breach, You must notify Us in writing. Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty will be either: (i) allow Us to modify the Cloud Services to conform to the current descriptions; or (ii) allow Us to provide a workaround solution that will reasonably meet Your requirements. If neither option is commercially reasonable, We may terminate the Agreement and refund any pre-paid, unused fees.

  • Services Warranty The Contractor warrants and represents that each of its employees, Subcontractors, or agents assigned to perform any services under the terms of this Agreement shall have the skills, training, and background reasonably commensurate with his or her level of performance or responsibility, so as to be able to perform in a competent and professional manner. The Contractor further warrants that the services provided hereunder will conform to the requirements of this Agreement. All warranties, including any special warranties specified elsewhere herein, shall inure to the Judicial Council, its successors, assigns, customer agencies, and any other recipients of the services provided hereunder.

  • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.   • Professional Services Warranty Kodak warrants that it shall perform Professional Services in a professional manner using appropriately skilled personnel in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and Kodak’s then current policies and procedures. Subject to the provisions of condition 16.1 Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under the warranty described in this condition shall be, at Kodak’s option, (1) re-performance of the non-conforming Professional Services, or (2) refund of the amount paid by Customer for the non-conforming Professional Services.

You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of access and use of Third Party Services, and if Oracle accesses or uses any Third Party Services on Your behalf to facilitate performance of the Services, You are solely responsible for ensuring that such access and use, including through passwords, credentials or tokens issued or otherwise made available to You, is authorized by the terms of access and use for such services. If You transfer or cause the transfer of Your Content or Third Party Content from the Services to a Third Party Service or other location, that transfer constitutes a distribution by You and not by Oracle.

  • Software Support Services 6.1 The Software Support Services shall comprise:

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Extended Support Services As long as funding is available (through FFFS, etc.), the district will provide the following supportive services for individuals who are eligible under the TANF Services 200% of poverty eligibility guidelines: Services listed in the supportive services attachment are provided to TANF, SNAP and 200% eligible individuals.
