EFT Services means Eastern Caribbean Amalgamated Bank Ltd’s Electronic Payments and Processing Services and includes but not limited to, the direct deposit of funds, transfer of funds, payroll services or direct collection of funds service provided by Eastern Caribbean Amalgamated Bank Ltd., which may be, from time to time, supplemented, renamed or otherwise changed by Eastern Caribbean Amalgamated Bank Ltd.

EFT Services means the electronic funds transfer services set forth in the attached Services and Charges Schedule.

Examples of EFT Services in a sentence

• If you do not agree to a change or amendment to this EFT Agreement, you must notify us prior to the effective date of the change or amendment and cancel your EFT Services and surrender or destroy your Access Devices.

• We may terminate EFT Services, in whole or in part, without notice, due to your default or as a security precaution.

• Limitations on this notice with respect to certain electronic funds transfers are stated in the EFT Services Agreement as contained in the Banking Product Documents and displayed on the Website.

More Definitions of EFT Services

EFT Services means the electronic funds transfer services set forth in attached EXHIBIT B2.

EFT Services means all of our electronic banking services except Online Banking, including ATM Cards, Visa Check Cards, Visa HSA Debit Cards, electronic direct deposits and debits, Contact-24 and one time electronic fund transfers initiated using information from a check. System means the components that permit you to make Transactions through the EFT Services, such as ATMs, POS Terminals, telephone lines and equipment, and the ACH system. PIN means the Personal Identification Number or personal security code, whether one or more than one, that you choose or we assign that allows you to access one or more EFT Services.
