Demarcate Work Area Boundary. In consultation with the Designated Biologist, Permittee shall demarcate the outer perimeter of the work area to prevent damage to adjacent habitat, and to provide visual orientation to its limits. Marking shall be in place during all periods of operation. All persons employed or otherwiseworking on the project site shall be instructed about the restrictions that the marking represent.

Demarcate Work Area Boundary. Permittee or Designated Biologist shall identify the outer perimeter of the work area to prevent damage to adjacent habitat and to provide visual orientation to the work limits. All persons employed or otherwise working on the project site shall be instructed about these restrictions. No paint or permanent discoloring agents shall be applied to rocks or vegetation to indicate limits of survey or construction activity where any sensitive biological resources occur. All temporary fencing and flagging shall be removed at the conclusion of construction activities.

  • Work Area The specific work area and/or crew an employee reports to on a daily schedule. Work areas are generally smaller divisions of a larger Bid Area.

  • Study Area The study area focused on the Bulk Power System in South-Eastern New York between Albany and New York City, and voltages underlying systems at 115 kV and above in the lower Xxxxxx Valley (Zones G, H & I). In the PSS™E power flow base case provided by NYISO, facilities rated at 115 kV and above in PSS™E designated areas 6 through 11 are monitored in the study.   • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • Site Plan It is Licensee’s responsibility before signing this Agreement to ensure that the Site Plan correctly shows the work that Licensee intends to perform, that the Site Plan correctly shows all improvements and equipment that Licensee intends be located on the Use Areas, that the Site Plan shows no work, improvements or equipment outside the Exclusive Areas and Shared Areas properly depicted and labeled on the Boundary Plan, and that all work, improvements and equipment is encompassed within the purposes enumerated in the Standard Terms for that particular Exclusive Area or Shared Area. Any work, improvements or equipment not conforming to all the foregoing is prohibited, even if it is clearly shown on the Site Plan or discussed in the Standard Terms. Any refinement or other change to the Site Plan after Licensor executes this Agreement is void unless Licensee obtains Licensee’s approval of the change pursuant to the plans approval processes set out in the Standard Terms and pursuant to all applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Site Work An expansion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Boonville Station is required to accommodate the CTOIFs. The southern corner of the fence line will be expanded out by approximately 3,200 square feet. The Connecting Transmission Owner already owns the property required for the expansion. Approximately 120 feet of the existing fencing will need to be removed and approximately 150 feet of new fencing added.
