Reports to the Trustee; Certificate Account Statement Not later than 15 days after each Distribution Date, the Master Servicer shall forward a statement, certified by a Servicing Officer, to the Trustee setting forth the status of the Certificate Account as of the close of business on such Distribution Date and showing, for the period covered by such statement, the aggregate of deposits into and withdrawals from the Certificate Account for each category of deposit specified in Section 3.04 and each category of withdrawal specified in Section 3.05, and stating that all distributions required by this Agreement have been made (or if any required distribution has not been made, specifying the nature and amount thereof). The Trustee shall make available such statements to any Certificateholder upon request at the expense of the Master Servicer. Such statement shall also, to the extent available, include information regarding delinquencies on the Mortgage Loans, indicating the number and aggregate Principal Balance of Mortgage Loans which are one, two, three or more months delinquent, the number and aggregate Principal Balance of Mortgage Loans with respect to which foreclosure proceedings have been initiated and the book value of any Mortgaged Property acquired by the Trust through foreclosure, deed in lieu of foreclosure or other exercise of the Trust's security interest in the Mortgaged Property.
Monthly Report A. A Monthly Report shall be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation. Each Monthly Report shall be signed, dated, and certified by Concessionaire, Concessionaire’s Bookkeeper, or Accountant, and contain a Statement of Total Gross Receipts, excluding New Jersey State Sales Tax, derived by Concessionaire from operation of the Concession during the previous month. Each Monthly Report shall be based on the daily “Z” tapes or Point-of-Service (POS) device equivalent for that same month showing each day’s sales activity. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to provide the Monthly Report, when due, shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10. Concessionaire shall provide Department with any additional written clarification and/or information necessary to confirm the accuracy of any or all of Concessionaire’s Monthly Reports.

Monthly Reports On or before the 15th day after the end of each month during the term of this Management Agreement, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner the following reports and statements:
Revenue Agent Reports Within 10 days after receipt, copies of all Revenue Agent Reports (Internal Revenue Service Form 886), or other written proposals of the Internal Revenue Service, that propose, determine or otherwise set forth positive adjustments to the Federal income tax liability of the affiliated group (within the meaning of Section 1504(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code) of which the Borrower is a member aggregating $2,000,000 or more.
Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.
Status Reports DSI will issue to Depositor and Preferred Beneficiary a report profiling the account history at least semi-annually. DSI may provide copies of the account history pertaining to this Agreement upon the request of any party to this Agreement.
Accuracy of Reports All reports required to be filed by the Company within the two years prior to the date of this Agreement (the “SEC Reports”) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), have been filed with the SEC, complied at the time of filing in all material respects with the requirements of their respective forms and, except to the extent updated or superseded by any subsequently filed report, were complete and correct in all material respects as of the dates at which the information was furnished, and contained (as of such dates) no untrue statements of a material fact nor omitted to state any material fact necessary in order to make the statements contained therein, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.
