Daytime Program Policies. Clients may, but are not required to, leave the FACILITY during the day. The OPERATOR will encourage all clients to stay on‐site make use of on‐site services provided to them during the daytime. Clients will be encouraged to become active participants of the Program. Two morning shuttle times will be available to clients who desire to leave the FACILITY for work or personal appointments, one at 6:00AM and one at 10:00AM. If not utilizing the morning transportation services, clients are encouraged to stay at the FACILITY. Clients will have access to daytime services through partner organizations and will be able to meet with their assigned Employment and Housing Navigator on a weekly basis. They will also have access to activities provided by shelter staff and volunteer organizations. Clients are welcome to use the FACILITY’s recreational areas and designated outdoor spaces.

However, the Shelter Operator encourages all participants to stay on-site during the day and to take advantage of the on-site services and amenities provided to them during the daytime. If not utilizing the shuttle services, participants are encouraged to stay at the facility. Participants have access to any daytime services offered through the Bridges at Xxxxxxx Place partner organizations and are also able to meet with their assigned Housing Navigator on a weekly basis. They also have access to activities provided by shelter staff and volunteer organizations. Participants are welcome to enjoy the Commons Hall, Computer Lab, and designated outdoor spaces.

Clients will be encouraged to become active participants of the Program. Morning shuttle times will be available to clients who desire to leave the Year Round Emergency Shelter/Multi-Service Center for work or personal appointments. CONTRACTOR will provide to the COUNTY a transportation schedule and will track clients leaving and arriving to the shelter on the shuttle each day. If not utilizing the morning transportation services, clients are encouraged to stay at the Year Round Emergency Shelter/Multi-Service Center. Clients will have access to daytime services through the Multi-Service Center’s partner organizations and will be able to meet with their assigned Employment and Housing Navigator on a weekly basis. They will also have access to activities provided by shelter staff and volunteer organizations. Clients are welcome to use the PROGRAM’s recreational areas, lounge, computer lab, and designated outdoor spaces.

The Shelter Operator will make every good-faith effort to encourage all clients to stay on-site during the day and to take advantage of the on-site services provided to them during the daytime. Access to bed areas will be limited throughout the day to encourage clients to become active participants of program resources and activities at the Costa Mesa Bridge Shelter Program. Clients can leave the facility for work or personal appointments using the Costa Mesa Bridge Shelter transportation services. Clients will have access to daytime services through the Costa Mesa Bridge Shelter’s partner organizations and will be able to meet with their assigned Case Manager on a weekly basis. They will also have access to activities provided by shelter staff and volunteer organizations. Clients are welcome to use the facility’s recreational areas, lounge, computer lab, and designated outdoor spaces.

  • Peer Assistance and Review Program 1. MCEA and MCPS agree to jointly operate a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program. The PAR Program is a mechanism for maintaining systemwide quality control and ensuring that all MCPS teachers responsible for teaching students are functioning at or above the high MCPS standards of performance. It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards. Assistance and review are provided to both experienced MCPS teachers in need of significant improvement and teachers in their first year of teaching.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

The contractor shall further establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Management program to ensure consistent quality of all work products and services performed under this contract.

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing – Safety-Sensitive Functions A. Employees required to have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are subject to pre-employment, post-accident, random and reasonable suspicion testing in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation rules, Coast Guard Regulations (46 CFR Part 16) or the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. The testing will be conducted in accordance with current Employer policy.
