Dataroom. Within forty (40) days following the Interim Facility Effective Date, each Debtor will, and will cause each Group Member to, establish and maintain a dataroom satisfactory to the Administrative Agent for prospective bidders under the Approved Bidding Procedures and populate such dataroom with all information, including a customary confidential information memorandum and “teaser”, with respect to the Debtors’ assets necessary for such bidders to bid in accordance with the Approved Bidding Procedures.
